“Rooms were great, had everything we needed as we are not fussy. Plus side was the heater provided as NZ is abit on the cold side considering where we are from.
I liked how close it was to a number of places such as good shopping and food areas, airport, hospital (as we had a little emergency in the middle of the night and couldn't wait for a Dr to arrive to the hotel), safe and gated car parks, bus stop is right across the road and the little shopping area right next door to the hotel.
Also, the yellow bus was a big plus for us getting to and from the airport and ungodly hours of the morning which was affordable and easy to get.
Not forgetting the Reception (manager & shift) , maintenance and cleaning staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming.
Only dined at the restaurant once for breakfast which the breakfast buffet had a variety of freshly cooked and cold options available and was pretty good to for the price. Other than that we dined out majority of the time.”

“Amazing help from a lady at the front (unsure if she was office staff or not) but she directed me to my room even though she was busy she put my request first,having help to my room made my night so much easier because my partner was late for an event and being directed to my room saved time because we were close to being late for the event we were there for.”
