Room very clean and cosy, comfortable beds, great walk-in shower.
Friendly receptionist and friendly shuttle to and from the airport driver.
We had a rental car from the airport. Free parking for the first night at the hotel felt safe.”

“Location was close to airport as we needed. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was classical which is offered in US hotels.”
“We were in Chicago during a 16h layover, after another long flight. We wouldn't spend the night, we would just use the accomodation to store our luggage and take a shower between flights. We arrived early and the accommodation stored our luggages until check-in time - this worked well. The location is also good, conveniently close to a subway station and a few attractions such as the Magnificent Mile, Starbucks Reserve Roastery and the Riverwalk.”

“Great location for downtown, the riverwalk, Metro station and Union Station. Also a bus stop outside hotel. Good hotel for a short stay as room was rather small but comfortable bed.. Good value for money.”
“Breakfast selection and quality was average but adequate. Staff did not keep up with guest consumption. Half way thru the allotted breakfast time and the eggs were almost gone, meat and fruit trays were empty. Asked the server and she “shrugged.””
