“Sadly, we only stayed for 2 night. If we had known better, we would have stayed at least 4. The Room with the private pool was very Beautiful. I really had the best experience in my life regarding service staff. You can choose from a few breakfast options a la carte.”

“The hotel was amazing. Set between the jungle and the beach it has plenty of space for guests to relax, eat and drink and always felt calm and exclusive. From start to finish the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was good quality and the hotel is a short walk to a number of great restaurants.”

  • “Beautiful hotel and incredible location around the Cenote.”

“Amazing hotel, really nice to have lots of space. We booked the apartment style 2 story room for a good deal for a week and loved it. Daily breakfast delivered to your room. Pool area nice. Nicest hotel of our whole trip could really relax in the room.”

  • “We stayed for 9 nights at Dos Ceibas. The beachfront apartement was beautiful. The room offered a great view from the balcony. You can see the sea through a few palm trees. Furthermore a safe is available in the room and the bed had a mosquito net with an inbuilt fan. No air conditioning, because it is an "eco hotel". The bathroom offers a shower, sink and a toilet, all were clean. You can choose from a few different breakfast options, which seems to be the standard in Tulum (B&B), but that didnt bother me, because all the options were great. If you need, the are some extra non-included dishes available. The service staff was attentive and courteous. Daily room service was also great. Free drinking water was 24/7 available. The Beach Club is beautiful and the beach beds were comfy and are cleaned every day. Drinks and food prices are, compared to other beach clubs in zona hotelera, slightly below average.”
