“Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Plenty choice and staff would cook hot food if required, eg. Omelette, scrambled egg, fried egg, sausage, beans, pancakes.
Staff were very friendly. Our room was a good size with a jacuzzi. Great view of the main square. Water, soft drinks, coffee and Prosecco were in the room free of charge. The hotel was immaculate.”

“Situated right next to the train station, making travel from the airport exceptionally easy.
Bottle of complementary fizz was a lovely touch and lovely to share in the hot tub on the roof as was the free soft drinks and water in the bar.
Breakfast was very nice, great selection, with a menu for hot food too.
The restaurant downstairs was open 24/7 and did nice pizzas as well as great polish dumplings and beer. Even though the restaurant was open 24/7 and our bedroom was situated just above, fortunately we didn’t hear any noise.”
“I’ve stayed at various Puro hotels multiple times before and it’s always an amazing experience. A shoutout to the qualify of their beds and pillows - I slept like a baby, which is what I needed after a long journey. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Love the vibe of the hotel - everything is beautiful and modern, with great attention to detail.”
“Location, next to Wawel tower and down town. Excellent breakfast, many options to choose from (vegan, gluten free, vegetarian). Parking next to the main entrance, very convenient, security 24/7.”
