Lack of space for clothes in the room although you can ask for an additional wardrobe to be brought to your room if required. Mattress on bed was too soft although there was the opportunity to change the mattress for a firmer one but we did not use this service as we were only staying a few days

Position of property was excellent very close to all parts of the town. Staff were friendly polite and professional. Breakfast was excellent

We loved our stay at The Loft. The room was so comfortable and modern, and had amazing views of the city. The facilities were fantastic. We loved the hot tub. The complimentary Prosecco was a very nice touch. Breakfast was brilliant. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the perfect stay.

Soft bed (but you can ask for echanging the mattress ) and very hot morning in the room so the second night we left the AC switched on and everything was ok!

Modern, well-equiped apartment, delicious breakfast and dinners (recommend to visit the restaurant downstairs!), jacuzzi on the rooftop with views over Kraków!

Lovely room with great facilities - cleaned every day, fresh towels, coffee, tea etc. Great breakfast offering a good variety. Close to the main square and Jewish quarter (about ten minutes walk from both)

amazing hotel in a great location to see all the sights of Krakow and more, only a 5 minute walk from Krakow old town, train station next to hotel, bus and tram station 1 min walk across from hotel and taxi rank outside hotel, roof top jacuzzi was amazing to chill in after a hard day sight seeing, also has a sauna, rooms are very spacious with hi tech features, all lighting, tv and window blinds operated through tablet & mobile phone, 24hr resteraunt & bar, food was amazing and very fairly priced for such an up market hotel, all staff were very polite and on hand 24 hrs and more than willing to ensure all needs were met and very prompt service, nothing was too much, amazing hotel made even more so by all staff members, the hotel manager went out his way to translate our needs to a taxi we had arranged by hotel staff 100% recommend.

The normally check in time was at 15:00. We arrived at 13:00 and the room was ready for us. The staff a very attentive, friendly and fast. The room nice and clean. The Jacuzzi on the top of the hotel are famous. From the hotel to the city you can walk in 10 Minutes. Everything was great.

The only thing I’d say was that there wasn’t much room to put or hand our clothes, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. There was an option for a wardrobe to be brought to our room but it was overly nessesary.

The property is absolutely stunning and the staff are exceptional! We arrived on Monday 13th May 2024 around 12pm and the ladies that were one the front desk couldn’t be any more helpful, gave us a map of the city and pointed out the great tourists places. We left our bags to check back in at 3pm and when we arrived back our bags were in our room. Any help or assistance we needed the staff were more than happy to assist!
