“Good location - walking distance into town. Check in is done via WhatsApp which is handy and payment was collected at the end (by card, cash in pesos/dollars). Apartment is modern and clean with everything you need. The bathroom has a washing machine which is great. Smart TV in the living room. Beds are comfy. Parking space on sight and free.”
“Spacious and very clean apartment with a modern bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Perfect for our pre W-Trek planning and packing. Great location, 5-min walk to centre of town. The host is lovely and speaks great English. We thought this was great value for money.”

The cabana was wonderful and our only regret is that we only stayed for one night.
Louis provided lovely fresh baked bread and even ingredients for breakfast.

“The apartment is modern, clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard.
Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment.
Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.”

“Cabañas Kauken is an experience. The quite view, the sunset, the hot bath, the confort installations, and the anticipation David, the admin, had to book day trekkings, taxis, and even food delivery (after a day trekking, a hotbath with food were waiting for us) was just priceless.”
