Rapa Nui is not a destination that has Hiltons and Hyatts. This small island has small hotels that are more like B&Bs. Our room could be described more like a cabin or bungalow. Clean and safe. Breakfast was good and our host spoke English well. Always cheerful and accommodating. This "hotel" has good restaurants on both sides of the property. It is across the street from the ocean and walking distance to just about anywhere you can go without a guide.

Beautiful location (nicer than in the village). Very clean and convenient apartment, with nice veranda. Quality of the house better than most of the others. Very interesting and informative tours of the village with Christophe, the landlord and the guide at the same time. These are not big group tours: we were just 2 of us, max could be 4.

Slightly far from the village ie. restaurants and shops. There is complementary fresh bread delivery (every day in the morning) and some additions on the first day, nor real breakfast like noted in booking (not major issue but it is good to know).

Helpful, charming staff. Good location, however 10-12 minutes to „Caracoles”. Clean room, a few comfortable common spaces, tea, coffee available all the time. Very close to bus station. Packed breakfasts available.

Size of the room. We were 2 in a 3-persons room and that was ok, but for 3 would be problematic. No English speaker at the reception.

The staff was super friendly and helpful while giving put tips on how to navigate the city. The design of the hotel and rooms is great and overall quite clean. I thought the location was practical as well.

The rooms are large and very comfortable, the staff is very caring, the kitchen is well equipped and all the rooms are individual. Also, the location is great and close to the subway station.

Standard and size of the room. Coffee machine. Quick transfer. Close to the airport- ideal for staying overnight after late arrival and early morning departures.

Airport pickup every hour only (fortunately given time fit ideally my arrival). Saying in correspondence that it is complementary, but before booking it is written just as service included in room rate. Only 2 coffee capsules on the room 🙂

Convenient location close to city centre and shops. Clean room. Coffee offered upon our early arrival. Informative staff at the reception.

Area not too safe after dark. Additional 50% of the room rate for early arrival (the reason we did not used that).

Rather older facilities. No minibar although they publish the room with it. Also no iron. Later they brought these items to me.
