“One of the most beautiful experiences I have ever had during a trip. The villa is a penthouse with very neat decoration. You can feel a soul and an indescribable charm in this former family home. The terrace is magnificent with a sublime view of the Cité of Carcassonne, and a beautiful lila tree. You can hear birds singing every morning. The location is ideal just a few steps from the main entrance of the Cité and in the heart of the Trivalle district with its restaurants. Bonus: there are free public parking spaces around. They can be easily found thanks to the instructions of the host. Thanks to its thick stones, the house stays cool despite the heat outside. We felt like home away from home. We will be back with pleasure.”

Good size rooms, separate bathroom and toilet. Big old windows in the living room giving lots of light, old fashioned and querky style throughout the flat.”

“Loved this place. Reasonable price. Small guest house, lovely spacious room with large comfortable bed. And perfect pillows (it’s the decider for me!!!). Beautiful garden with quirky seating areas and a path down to a bathing pool in the river.
Breakfast outside with home made yoghurt, warm crispy croissants and good coffee (another decider).
Slept with the windows open and listened to the sound of the frogs singing from the river. Bliss.”
