“Friendly staff. Onsen in the room had beautiful views. Able to reserve private family onsen. Traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast included. We walked to the accomodation from the station before we realised we could have contacted re shuttle service - but we got taken to the station on check out which was really appreciated!”

“The polite and professional staff, they went over and beyond their call of duty to make my stay a memorable one. I arrived too early for check-in, they kept my luggage, gave me a map with recommendations and a brolly as I wanted to explore the neighborhood. When I returned, my luggage was already in the room. As the men's public onsen was under renovation, I was able to book and use the private onsen at no additional charges. The room was big and comfortable with a beautiful view of the river. The food was delicious and of high quality. The selections of cds and vinyls available were amazing, the owner has good taste.”
