The host, Juiie, is helpful, accommodating and a ray of sunshine (always smiling - which is contagious).
He helps with tour bookings and recommendations too.

I got the same room as booked, It was very minimalistic (according to my liking), spacious, airy with a lot of natural light. The room has a balcony too. Open cupboard, mini fridge, brand new Smart TV, powerful hairdryer, enough power sockets (also next to bed).
The bed and pillows felt like clouds, I had the best sleep every night.
Water pressure was great, removable shower head and temperature setting.
The location is not in the hustle and bustle (therefor nice and quiet), but still close enough to walk to good shops, restaurants, bars, clubs and about a 10 minute walk to the beach.
There is no elevator, but the host is helpful and offers help when something needs to be carried.

“Flat and kitchen was clean and nice, we have everything for cooking. But The owner Ake is the best. He rent for us bike, bring for us snack dry bananas, he pick up us from pier and drop us for bus station last day. First day I ask him for another table for work and after 5 minutes he bring for us another table. His service was the best what I get on booking and we travel a lot. Thai people are so nice and friendly but I think Ake is the best one 🎉.

“Very great location in the center of Krabi. Around the corner is a night market and a 7/11. You can get a massage directly at the hotel. Breakfast was good and the AC worked amazing.”

Staff were so friendly and helpful and always smiling, helped us arrange a day trip. Great value for money, given the location of Phi Phi Don and the amazing scenery all around! Hotel was very accommodating in giving us late check out after we came back from our morning excursion.
Considering the central location, PP Insula was not at all noisy at night.”
“The owner was a lovely man who took the time to patiently teach us how to use a motorbike before renting it to us. The room and bathroom were spacious. Facilities could use a refresh eg; very old looking toaster and hairdryer in the room. Location is quite far from shops/restaurants and beach so a motorbike is a must.”
