We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The area is nice, feels like a small village, with a great restaurant and a Muay Thai school. The beach area is a bit to walk but transport and renting a scooter is fair priced in Ao Nang.

SpainOur stay at @Aonang Guesthouse was fantastic, more than meeting our expectations. The facilities are excellent, very clean and comfortable, including the jacuzzi. Location in a very quiet area. To highlight the excellent treatment of the owner. In our case he helped us recover a wallet with documentation from our hotel in Samui in record time. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED FOR ITS FANTASTIC PRICE-QUALITY RELATIONSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

PortugalDoesn't have breakfast options but you have a great family option next door. Also, the common facilities do not always have the AC running so it can get hot inside (reception)
The staff was exceptional. Tin was a great host, very helpful in everything making the stay super organised. Overall the facilities are very clean and the pool, even if small, does the job well. Also, the hotel is not in the main street which means less noise.

As good as some 3 or 4 star hotels that I’ve stayed in, really the only difference is that you have to pack your own toothbrush! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the owner Tin was accommodating and very hospitable. The place is peaceful and quiet yet still located close to the beach and main tourist areas. I’d be happy to recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and value-for-money base to explore Krabi from.

Tin was very welcoming, kind and full of recommendations. He could not of been any more helpful from the beginning of our stay until the end. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was so clean and the shower was very good! It is located next to a really nice Thai restaurant. It is also about a 20 minute walk down to Ao Nang Beach. We definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone. It deserves a lot more than 2 stars!!

Tin, the host, is very lovely and informative. We felt right at home. The free drinking water and other facilities were also great. We stayed in the 8 person bunk room and it was amazing, everyone in the group said it was the best shared room we've all stayed in before.

It was no nice and quiet there and I loved the neighbourhood. The houses next to the guesthouse and the view to the hills was amazing. It was perfectly located. Just a bit off the main road & a good distance from the beach. The location was also perfect for tour pickup. The guesthouse was clean, homey, well organized and peaceful. A very tasty local restaurant next to it and the hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and hospitable. Definiley recommend!

We highly recommend Aonang guesthouse. The owners are very helpful and friendly, the room and the guesthouse is one of the cleanest we had in Thailand ! AustraliaIf you don't ride a scooter it is a good 20 minutes walk to the beach but there are other transport options.
This place is new, modern, and has been well thought out and planned with care. Tin has excellent communication skills and has knowledge of what a traveller needs ... he has even created a map of Aonang with all the things you need to know. The bed is the best bed ever! The little jacuzzi is great. The rooms are large and even have a day bed. The common area for those in the dorms looked good too. I also like that in addition to the 2 bottles of water you get there is free filtered water in the reception area.

IndiaThe property is along the beach road but a long walk away in the heat - best to take tuktuks (easily available) or a bus to go to the beach. If you wish to pay by card, the payment is happening via the restaurant next door. Had some issues from my provider while using my card - would highly recommend pre paying or paying by cash to avoid such issues!
The property is extremely clean and well maintained. We occupied beds in the 8-bed dormitory and were pleased to find two bathrooms in it. The beds are really comfy and there is enough space for each of us to keep luggage in the lockers and smaller items in the bed area.
