“Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite huge, and it had more space than we knew what to do with. The aircon was really cold and could be easily adjustable within using the controls in the room (which is something that not many places allow), and the sheets on the bed, while looking thin, were more than sufficient to keep me warm (especially as someone that gets cold quite easily). Housekeeping refreshed the soaps and waters daily.
The wifi was great, and could load youtube videos just fine, so even though the TV channels were limited, we could just entertain ourselves playing games or watching shows.
Breakfast was included and was serviceable though small. Had Nasi Lemak and some continental breakfast options (scrambled eggs, wedges, toast, cereal) and was decently good.”
“Clean room, comfortable reception (converse in english instead of bahasa). Even has a pleasant aroma in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and toilet is clean and spacious.
Breakfast spread is decent even though it was moved to the level 40 lounge due to renovation works.
Slight miscommunication on the no. of pax having breakfast but was promptly sorted out. Great service by the staff manning the breakfast counter.”
