+ Beautiful rooms where you can open a window. Amazing tea options and beautiful tea service (cups, pot etc.) in the room.
+ There is also a souvenir shop with nice and reasonably priced souvenirs.
+ Good location for sightseeing.
+ We didn’t mind at all that there was no onsen or gym, since we came for sightseeing. The hotel onsens in Japan are nice to have but mostly overrated anyway…. you need to visit onsen towns in the mountains to get the true experience. The hotel room had a really nice spacious own bath where you can soak up after full day of sightseeing in the privacy of your room. What more do you need?
