We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe pillows were too soft. The location is a bit far from the train station and the sites. Breakfast was uneven. Some things were well seasoned, others not so much. I appreciate the seasonal and local items included.
The bathroom was very nice, and the reception area and flower arrangements were lovely. The staff was polite and helpful. The amenities were plentiful.

United StatesI really like the hotel so I’m going to give a couple of constructive feedbacks: 1. The lighting above the sink is very dim, it is hard to see when guest trying to put on makeup. 2. The full size dressing mirror is inside of the closet. Once I hang my clothes I cannot really see myself in the mirror. 3. Pillows are small and not very comfortable. 4. It would be great if laundry facility is on premises.
It’s an exquisite boutique hotel with really nice location,and staff are very helpful and friendly. All the amenities provided to customer are very thoughtful and made us feel comfortable.

This was an incredible hotel with such a lovely staff. The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. Toiletry amenities and free mini fridge drinks were nice touches. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel offers free udon noodles in the evening and free drinks in the lobby all day. I could not recommend this hotel more.

ItalyEverything is perfect, nothing is wrong. Just double check the ceiling cooler, sometimes at the minimum speed is a little bit noisy.
It is a special fairy Place, as when we first entered we found the warm welcome of the staff. The place is magical, it is cozy and beautiful. The room is just amazing, amazing bed, furniture, the pajamas are a wonderful idea! The shower is a jewel!

The hotel is beautiful with exquisite care put into every detail from the tea and sweets they greeted us with to the beautiful flower arrangements and design of the rooms. I love that there is tea, coffee and other hot and cold beverages available in the lobby when you walk in. Little details like these add so much and make you feel so much more comfortable at the beginning or end of a long day. The location is excellent: on a quiet street near the train station and with many local businesses nearby. The staff are so warm and welcoming. They really made our stay feel special. We had a wonderful time in Kanazawa and will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

The building and decor is an architects dream and oozes zen and tranquility with lots of traditional elements such as kumiko panels, chouna, hand made wall paper and decorative pottery.
