“Our group of five stayed a night here. The folks at Urban Inn were quick to respond to my queries and the instructions to access our room and the luggage storage were easy to follow. We had no complaints about the room. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. We had to climb flights of stairs to get to it, but I regard that that as a pretty common thing in Europe.
Urban Inn is in a quiet neighbourhood that's a walkable distance to many of Innsbruck's main tourist attractions. We also walked to the train station to head out of the city. It's great that we started our week-long Austria trip by staying here.”
