Quiet area with some nice coffee places close by (e g. Ricco's coffee), very close to the waterfront. It takes a bit longer but can also be reached by the havenbus (little yellow boat) with very nice views during the ride.
Good Wi-Fi connection, apartment is equipped with everything you need.
At the beginning I thought the 2 bedrooms are too close to each other, but the apartment and the house in general have a good isolation.”

“This flat complete with terrace was very comfortable and very clean and damn the location couldn't have been better, absolute down town.
Even though we turned up earlier than planned staff were very friendly and informed us when we could enter the flat, very bright well furnished and basically all you could wish for for a city break combined with a Metallica concert.
Can assure anybody staying at the apartment the bar downstairs you do not hear and only normal city noise is heard.
I think if the Sanders team are informed of any thing you miss they would react very quickly, very professional attitude to requests and questions.
Coffee machine with an extra delivery service if more caffeine is needed, a very nice touch.
Not completely wheel chair friendly (this is stated) but also not entirely impossible as we managed it easily, once inside all is very spacious.
Beds comfy, linen all supplied and all in top order.
Really a top location and a wonderful flat, also a lift to enable easy access.
We would definitely book again and also through Sanders, thank you.”
