We stayed at 3 rooms apartment with balcony. The apartment was spacious, clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Staff nice and helpful. Not far from the city center: 1km from Fields department store. Near the apartment is the station of bus 68, which has a stop in the center at the central train station and Tivoli. Islands Brygge promenade is 400m away. Supermarket Netto - 400m away.

Apartment was very modern and clean. Everyone was happy! Public transportation was good, and fun, took the ferry every day. The stop was very close. Also liked the fact that there were 2 grocery stores nearby.

Too warm with no AC or temperature control. Our bathroom was 33 degrees and bedroom was 28.

Housekeeping could be much better - there were bits of glass in our balcony, leftover pretzels in the food cabinet. The cleaning could also be more thorough. Also in one apartment had dishwasher tabs provided (one per night of stay) but the other one had none. Given the instructions on clean-up were very meticulous, it seemed strange to not follow through themselves.

The apartments are very well-maintained, excellently furnished with all necessary amenities for a short or long stay. Check in was smooth and the staff were friendly.

No complaints

Spacious clean apartment with very functional kitchen items for making meals. Comfortable beds Groceries very easily accessible at 3 markets a few blocks away. Quiet neighborhood. Parkland and bus stop across the street. 2 blocks to waterfront strolling. We walked from the airport and some days walked to the center of town. Would have been lovely to kayak the canals but we ran out of time

It was too hot, despite not being the height of summer! No air con and very hard to cool down, especially the master bed and en suite. It’s quite far from the centre and a walk from the metro. The buses stop outside and are fast but need a bit of forward planning at night. The distance was worth it for such a great apartment though.

Beautiful apartment, stylish, huge and well equipped. Comfortable big beds and high quality bedding and appliances. The staff were helpful and friendly.

It was quite warm in the bedrooms at night but when we used the fans which were very quiet this really helped.

There’s so much space in these beautiful apartments. Large rooms, big beds and two bathrooms gave our group the space we needed. The kitchen is also high spec and has everything you need including a freezer so you can have ice. Having a washing machine and clothes dryer was also appreciated. In a quiet residential area so you get a sense of real Copenhagen. Two supermarkets and a great small plates neighbourhood restaurant. Easy bus ride from the station and we used the harbour boat bus service too.

Nothing all was good

Modern spacious everything you could need. Convenient to metro 20 mins walk but even closer to water taxi stop 5 mins walk. Good restaurants and convenience stores near by and lovely bakeries .

It was unseasonably warm for a couple of the days we were there. Perhaps some more insulating window coverings will be needed in the future (as the climate heats up). Fans were welcome.

We loved the apartment and the location. We used public transport and both the bus and water bus were good options for the location. The Netto Supermarket was only a 2 minute walk. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment, the views, having a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, comfy beds and light blocking blinds in the bedroom.

There is no air conditioning, it gets hot on sunny days.

The apartment is located in a beautiful residential area, close to the river and with access to supermarkets and restaurants. It's not far from the center, there's a bus right outside. The staff are extremely friendly, available and attentive. The apartment was clean, very comfortable, beautiful, well equipped and with fantastic views.

Shower wand in one of the baths didn't work.

Lots of space to settle in after a long flight. Loved being next to a park where we could walk every morning. Reception desk was attentive!

Glasses weren’t clean….lipstick stains. It’s just over a mile from the city centre but there’s a bus stop right beside the apartments.

No air coniditioning - had to open windows to allow a through breeze which was a little dusty.

Far too hot. No air conditioning. Huge windows and no way to block out the blazing sun. Like an oven. This is before the summer heat comes!

Gorgeous property. Well maintained. Lots of great features, high quality accessories. Fans provided, but didn’t cool the rooms down.
