“Staff were absolutely mazing, rooms were pristine and clean , breakfast was great. Brand new hotel with lots of personal attention, right down to the thoughtful gift bag and 4 meal bags given to us on checkout for our journey to the airport.”
“Amazing location in the old quarter, easy to walk anywhere, Close to many street food options :) Biggest bed I have ever slept in. Staff was very kind and helped me book transport to Ninh Binh.”
“A great place to stay in transit in Hanoi, very clean and quiet, good food and spacious rooms. Great restaurant opposite, good food and good English spoken.
They give you the option of picking you up and dropping you off at the airport at a great price”
“Great location in the old quarter, the room was big enough. I checked in middle of the night without any issues. Staff helped me organize transport & trips.”
“La Siesta had everything we were looking for: Super central location, yummy breakfast, a fabulous pool, and amazing staffs. Situated right near Hoan Kiem Lake in the middle of old town, the hotel is within 15 minutes walk to all the best street food, cafes & bars. The breakfast is varied & delicious. The gym, though small in size, was better equipped than most hotel gyms we've ever been to. The salt pool was crystal clear, well-decorated & even had a built-in jacuzzi jet area. Last but not least, everyone from the hotel staff was friendly & professional. We would like to give a shout out to Quynh Anh, who made our stay extra special with a hand-annotated map filled with top tips on things to do in Hanoi & a surprise birthday cake. We've stayed in several hotels in Hanoi over the years and this was certainly one of the best experiences we ever had. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”
“The hotel was clean, and well functioning, also thanks to Henry and the rest of the amazing staff working there! My room was very comfortable and of offered space and lots of light, coming from 2 different windows. The curtains were thick, so I was not disturbed by the light, in my sleep. The toilet clean, with a large shower, beautifully adorned. The room had lots of little details all around to make my stay more comfortable: I was even able to do some work from a nice desk. I also tried the laundry service and that was impeccable. I have to say this again: the staff has probably been the kindest, nice and more efficient I have ever encountered at a hotel.”
“I was there before.....and i like it! The staff is very friendly and helpfull! There was a electricity problem in my room, which can happen and i had to change in an other hotel of this group close to the orignal hotel. They were very helpfull so i had a good last night in Hanoi!”
