“One bedroom apartment is spacious and the washing machine was handy. Taxi ride to the port and main town area/beach. We ended our stay early to spend more time in Hanoi. I accidently left some clothes in the washer but no response from the hotel and figured out when it was too late”
“We did the 3 day, 2 night cruise and it definitely gives you so much more value. Our favourite day was day 2 where we did so much from bike riding, to kayaking and swimming off the side of the boat surrounded by gorgeous scenes. It never felt too rushed. The guide that we had with us during the day was fun and knowledgable.
I loved the bedroom, it was so spacious and the bathtub was incredible. We enjoyed sitting out there at night. The bay we went to wasn't crowded which was an added bonus.”
“Rooms had huge windows which accentuated the view of Ha Long bay. There were many activities planned like cave visit, kayaking etc. Wish they could have included an island visit as well.
Food on the day we arrived was average but the next day was very good.

“Mr Ben was very helpful, he organised a two day & one night boat tour which we recommend if you plan on seeing the islands, visiting a fishing farm, kayaking to the caves and beaches, swimming and night kayaking with bioluminescent plankton, visiting a rural village with the option of a bike ride back to the boat. He also provided great recommendations for Cat Ba Island which filled a day using a scooter. We were also able to wash our clothing here for an affordable price!
There were afew issues as there were some renovations with our room and floor but Mr Ben sorted them out instantly.
