“We left in the morning from Alta to Nordkapp and chose hotel Repvåg just because of it's location to stay over night. For that Repvåg was ok. A very self service accommodation made it easy to come. Check-in was easy, just go there and take the key from the room door and get in. Got also in advance a map telling where to park the car. Very peaceful place, a room next to a dead end and almost no traffic. We had a bed, small table and own bathroom like promised in a quite small room. Had a kettle and foodstuff for breakfast in a car fridge with us, so the table was important for us. The bed was comfort enough at least for us. If You want to experience 1970's and get a good price like we did, a night in Repvåg is ok. The "full price" is too much for my opinion. We saw the staff only once when a lady was in the evening taking keys off the empty rooms in our building and the main building. There is also a restaurant next to the reception but did not use it. So don't know what else You could get there than beer and breakfast. Did not try to use wifi, so don't know if it works.”
“Very nice place, host is friendly and helpful. I higly recommend this place. You have here everything you need, some own privacy and good little cabins.”
“One of the main attractions of Hammerfest is the harbour, and this hotel was located in that area. We had a spacious studio type of room with two huge windows facing the harbour and the sea. Always something to watch! The beds were comfortable. We were visiting around midsummer when the sun doesn't set, but it was easy to block the light with curtains.”
“The camping area is few km's out of Alta/Alattio on river Alta. Easy to go to shops and restaurants with own car. Parking in Alta was free in the evening. Left the car close to the church and walked around the city center to find after we had eaten the dinner in a restaurant in the walking area. We had a room without kitchen and own bathroom but could use toilet, shower and kitchen ok without a need to wait. The room was not very big but quite comfortable and very ok for one night stay. Would have taken a cottage with own bathroom and kitchen but no such were free when I booked the accommodation. That's why just 8.”
“Brilliant location for visiting Northkapp quickly when the weather is clear
Fantastic fish restaurant on site
Friendly helpful staff
Nice scenery and walks”
“My room (nr.3) was a cosy little room with a bed, tv, a table and a nice bath room. It was a nice room for a short stay and a single person. If you like to stay longer it might be better to have a larger room.
The manager is very kind and try to make the stay as good as possible.
Breakfast was very good with delicious marmelade and good bread.”
