“The Views from the room are spectacular. The room, although small, was clean. the bed was comfortable. The shower was good. shower and bathroom fittings all loose, practically hanging off the wall. Place had a tired and unmaintained feel to it.
Terrace and Jacuzzi was dirty. Terrace furniture worn, holes and tears in the cushions. To reiterate the views from the suites, however are absolutley breathtaking! The location perfect.”

“This is a lovely property, the view across the bay is fantastic and the room we had was spotless and very comfortable, all the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and the beach, bit of a step walk back but not an issue. Breakfasts are very nice and the pool area is first class - shortly a small bar by the pool will also be open as they were finishing it off while we were there.”

“We had the most amazing stay at Exi Sea Side Suites. Reading some of the reviews beforehand we weren't too sure what to expect; but from our experience it was absolutely fantastic. John was an incredible host, answering any questions both before and during our stay. He gave us recommendations for delicious restaurants, and also some must-see things for us to visit which was really appreciated. We were in the two bedroom villa suite and it was nothing short of stunning. We had everything you could possibly need there and it was very comfortable. The lovely housekeeper would come round every day (not sure if it says it on the booking that this is included, but it was a happy surprise for us!) so we had the flexibility of being able to cook our own meals / having a big lounge and outside area whilst also having the comforts of a hotel with housekeeping cleaning our space and replacing towels when needed! There is lots of parking on the property, which is brilliant as we didn't need to worry about having our hire car on the road - and no reservation was needed for this. The beach is directly infront of the suites, where you can hear the waves crashing on the rocks whilst you are in bed at night...so peaceful! Having driven most of the island on our 8 day stay, we were so pleased with our choice of staying where we were. Perissa is a small seaside village with lots of little shops along the beachfront, and after having explored a lot of the beaches...it is one of our favourite! There is a long strip of bars and restaurants that supply umbrellas with 2 beds that vary in price, for most you will pay through consumption of drinks or food (varying from 30€ to €6) and you will then have that space for the day - which we thought was really good! There are lots of amazing bars and restaurants if you don't want to drive to go out, everyone is so nice and welcoming and the sun rises right outside our window and sets just behind us.”
