“I spent one night there. The staff was super friendly! I arrived late at night because the hotel I booked was too bad, so I had to change a place quickly. The reception gentlemen was very hospitable and polite, he provided me with a shampoo and a hair dryer, replied on my questions in WhatsApp very quickly. He also gave me an extra blanket as it was cold.
There is a kitchen space on the rooftop with a balcony with a wonderful view on the city.”
“Big room with fridge and window. Close to the main plaza. Staff is friendly, very helpful and reachable at all times. When I didn’t have my Peru stamp in the passport Fernando ordered an extra sheet for me which I can use now to have no problems to leave Peru. The room was cold but I got extra blankets. The bathroom is ok and the water warm. Outside window. Big bed. When I wanted to start my trip to Manu earlier I could stornate one night. They offer daily cleaning service upon request.”
“Extremely helpful, helped me to check in early (as arrived from overnight bus) and let me purchase a breakfast. Has a beautiful terrace with couches, plants , a toilet and free tea and coffee. Well-set up rooms, with nice furniture. Was just missing a chair for the fold down table but got me one when I requested it. Free tea and coffee on every second floor. Great buffet breakfast and the manager even arranged for us to have breakfast earlier than normal because we were going on a tour. Also let me store my luggage there for free for two days, even though I was not staying with them when I returned.”

“The location is very good, right in the centre of everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was hot water in the room available during the evening/night and till around 9:30 am (I recommend you asking the schedule just in case). The blankets were warm.They also let us leave the backpacks until we were back from Machu Picchu before taking the train. The hotel was clean.”

“The hotel is beautiful, and close to all the main attractions,everything is a short walk away. There is a vegan restaurant right around the corner, the food was great and I went there several times.
The hotel staff were more than accommodating, and breakfast was a delicious buffet, with add on items. There was a small seating area outside my room with city views, across the hotel gardens.”
