“Manager very welcoming on arrival even though it was late at night let us have the accessible room as it was ground floor warned us it would be noisy and we would hear the shuttle bus reversing as it was parked outside ,sooooooooo tired we heard nothing until the wake up call , very convenient for IHOP for breakfast ,shuttle bus was on time very close to airport very clean . excellent value for money”
“Easy location to restaurants, transport and the wharfs. According to locals we spoke with the in house restaurant is quite good - it closes early so we missed out. They offer complementary chilled filtered water, coffee & pastries in the morning reception. Hot water good in shower.”

“One of the receptionist was weird with an attitude of a princess. I pressed the main door buzz according to the instructions on the sign, and she is acting like I should be the one opening the door for her. I did follow the instructions beside the door exactly, so I don’t know where this unsatisfactory reaction to your servant was from?? After that it was a rude “excuse me” when she was walking past me, and I wasn’t even blocking her way. And she acts like I should say hi and sorry to her, but there are so many receptionists the customers should not be held with the responsibility to recognise the voice just from the buzzer, let along the weird attitude.”
