“"This stay was incredibly disappointing and felt like a trap. The listing was advertised as an beautiful suite,’ but it was actually a basement suite. The photos made it look much nicer than it actually was.
We had requested an extra bed during booking, which was confirmed but never provided. To make things worse, the number lock on the door was terrible. It didn’t open easily and took five or six attempts each time, even when we were caught in the rain with kids. It was frustrating and stressful.
There was also constant noise from footsteps upstairs, making it impossible to sleep. And since the stay was non-refundable, we were stuck with all these issues. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience ..bed shown in the photos queen size but it turned out to be double , not ideal for family stay 👎”

“The suite was new, bright, clean, lovely towels & sheets & beding. We found the pots, and plates to eat our meals. At the end of the cul de sac, there is a trail into a lush forest. At 1st I thought it was a little 20 min walk , but a runner told me we could climb a mountain. Maybe it was a steep hill. AMAZING for us nature lovers.. large windows & lock box that works well. Nice people looking after the suite.”
