“The Chalet was built in 1937 and is so very quaint. We loved the town, and the Chalet was in walking distance to main street. The room and bathroom were a little small, it was a double bed, but the hospitality totally made up for it. Talked to the hostess at the desk who gave me great recommendations for the following day and even outlined it on a map. We would've have missed the best parts if we had not talked to her. Loved Custer - an old, western type town with shops, restaurants and saloons. Highly recommend Buglin' Bull for the buffalo sausage stuffed mushrooms - delicious.”

Free breakfast was ok. Assorted bagels, jams, cream cheese, peanut butter, glazed ring donuts, bread for toast, fruit, fruit juices, coffee, teas and hot chocolate. Assorted cereals with milk.
Has 2 washing machines and dryers and an ice machine, which was really handy.
Rooms had a fridge, TV and coffee making facilities.
Beds were comfortable.
Front desk staff were really friendly.”
