Booked 2 large "family rooms" £600 with 2 double beds and 1 sofa be in each room for 6-10 guests.
emailed in advance to request early check in 11am - was told by email yes - check in anytime.
On wat down - tried to call 10 times, phone went through to answrphone and cut off, wanted to ask about parking - could not get through, - had to park in NCP carpark £25.00
When got to hotel was told "no rooms available, no rooms for changing", had to change in underwear in main reception.
No toilets available - try McDonals 200 metres away down the road.
Later that evening - when returned at 11pm - rooms stil not ready - when given keys -
1st rom = 1 room small double beroom, no aircon, no tv on wall, windows not sfe, painted closed - boiling hot, tried to open window - not safety glass, top pain shattered cutting palm of hand. (sleeps 2 max)
2nd Room = room small single bed. - sleeps 1 person, no tv, no aircon”

“It was a beautiful property with an equally impressive room and cafe. The staff were lovely and so helpful. I loved the suite I booked, it was the perfect size for the 3 of us. Super clean, comfy beds and linens. Not 1 single negative.”
