  • “Everything was wonderful, the staff at reception especially. The robot that was sent to the room was a gas. My highlight was the spa and sauna.”

  • Ventozelo Hotel & Quinta Review score: 10

“Ventozelo Hotel & Quinta was in the most perfect location for us. Having a car to access the surrounding area was important for us to enjoy the area. The accommodation was extremely comfortable with comfortable beds and great linens. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection served by amazing staff. We came for the wine and the views, both of these were outstanding! Also, check out time being 12:00 was an absolute bonus.”

  • Quinta da Timpeira Review score: 10

“It was a lovely relaxing place. Wish we could have had 2 nights. The food was fabulous and very helpful, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.”

  • “Sambuc’asa is a beautiful place to stay and Nuno is the perfect host with great information and local knowledge. The area has so much to offer and although the weather was not our friend this time we would return in a heartbeat.”

  • Hotel da Vila Review score: 6

    “location and view”

  • “Lovely hotel with a nice room on the perfect location. We did the farm tour and wine tasting, this was very nice and would recommend! Also the breakfast with local products was very good!”

  • “Wine barrel accommodation really unique with vines all around”

  • Hotel Berne Review score: 8

“We stayed here when our original hotel had to close at short notice. It was built and is still run by a local family who spent some years working in Switzerland (hence the name). It is a small, modern hotel, with a pool, a bar and a restaurant full of Spanish visitors. Clearly a place people return to.”

  • VISEU EXECUTIVE Hotel Review score: 10

“Great breakfast, covering most options. Fresh orange juice could have been juicier! Staff cheerful & efficient.”

  • “Old style ambience, provides the basic needs of a hotel, was very quiet/ deserted feeling (hardly any staff or guests available during the day), had to wait quite some time before the reception staff came out to reception area (with strong scent of previously smoking).”
