“Very convenient for the ferry. Paula was very friendly and helpful. Just across the road from the beach.”

  • “This really is 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ luxury in a B&B. Everything was excellent. The bed is huge and the carpet is sumptuous. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle and small fridge with water and fresh milk. Beautiful ensuite with loads of storage and his and hers basins. There is a Massive flat screen TV. The room is really lovely and spacious. There is a menu for Breakfast. A selection of cereals, juice and yoghurts and a platter of fresh fruit to help yourself to. We had yoghurt with fresh fruit and berries. I had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and hubby had a full Scottish cooked breakfast and all served with tea and toast. Perfectly cooked and delicious. Alison is a wonderful host. The house is beautiful and immaculate. There is parking outside, ask for a parking permit. The house is well situated on a quiet residential street yet it's walking distance to the beach and the town centre.”

  • The Harbour Guest House Review Score: 9

“The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. Tea and coffee facilities and even a hairdryer. Facilities for breakfast are right on the doorstep too and at a reasonable price. The Asda is within a 10mins walk too!”

  • “The Garden Room was beautiful. Agnes has an eye for interior design. Lots of extra touches which you wouldn’t receive in a hotel. The welcome pack was all home baked and the fridge was stocked with essentials which was so appreciated. Agnes is a wee diamond. She looked after our every need and we came away having made a new friend on the island.”

  • Peacock Guest House Review Score: 8

“Large breakfast, large bed and TV, convenient location and spotlessly clean.”

  • Savoy Park Hotel Review Score: 9

“Great location one street back from the beach. Large, clean, comfortable room on the top floor (no lift, but not a problem). Good menu choice of local produce at very reasonable prices. Very good breakfast included.”
