Possibly disappointed that the large bathroom window that overlooks the courtyard (and vice versa) did not have a blind on. Not ideal when showering at night.

Exceptionally clean. Comfortable with pleasant decor. Of sufficient size for a twin. Were surprised to see fridge and microwave in the room as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Good choice of eateries nearby. Parking facilities good too. Instructions for self-check in clear and easy.

Room 9 was exceptionally cold throughout (including the bathroom) and I could not get the radiator to work. The TV switched itself on 3 times in the night and woke me up so I had to unplug it in the end to try and get some sleep. I was hoping to charge my EV but a car had parked in the spot while not charging.

Great communication via email prior to arrive and hassle free check in. Lovely location by the harbour and close to a lovely coffee house for breakfast. Room was lovely and clean and looked freshly decorated with a nautical theme. Good access to parking. Lovely view. Large bathroom, plenty of space in wardrobe. Tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and microwave would have been great had I been staying for longer.

The shower door was difficult to open and I would have liked a bin in the bathroom, but otherwise everything was very nice.

I arrived at 3pm and couldn't get into the building so phoned the landlord who told me how to get in. Very clean, felt nice. Just a few mi eyes walk away from pubs, cafes and a lovely beach and a museum. Comfy bed, nice room.

When we first arrived we weren’t sure on how to get in and once we did we came into our room and had a look about there is a leakage on the ceiling, the shower goes hot and cold all the time without adjusting the temperature and one more thing was the house keeping lady unlocked our door and just came in.

It’s cosy and the location is perfect and the room was gorgeous, definitely a great value for money and would definitely come back.

No breakfast option but there at least one solid option within less than 2min walking distance.

Very clean, stylish, comfortable. Great location with numerous free parking spaces. Great value for money. It may seem antisocial but it's preferable to not have to check in and wait for a physical person, especially after you've travelled a long way. It's much more efficient.

The only feedback I have, the double mattress could do with replacing not the comfiest seems a bit worn could hear the springs a lot when turning and felt a bit empty but did not impact my sleep or my stay at all

Although I was travelling alone, the Family room was huge plenty of space and everything you could need. If staying with others the two singles are in a separate room for privacy, each room with a TV and the whole room having microwave, kettle and a fridge which were so handy. It was bright and exceptionally clean with amazing views of the harbour.

Easy access and parking. Room 5 shower/toilet very « neat », but clean and adequate for 1 night. Best thing was the location of GRO coffee shop/bakery at one minutes walk away. I would stay here again just to be close to the eatery!
