The apartment is a bit worn off but clean and well equipped. Unfortunately due to the neighbourhood it was very loud until well after midnight and there is nothing that can be done about it.

Location was superb very central as long as you accept it will be noisy at night. Gustav greeted us to hand the keys and was very helpful showing us around the property and giving us tips. The accomodation was very spacious.

Bathroom and kitchen are old and we’re certainly not as displayed in the online images, which was initially off putting and unexpected but we got used to it! Whilst most people like to dine out, we prefer to utilise the kitchen for making our own meals but there was no decent cooker available to do so.

More spacious than standard hotel room with dining space. Bed comfortable. In the heart of the city so convenient getting around (although the hill/stairs were a killer and not ideal for anyone with mobility issues 😝) Hosts helpful and on call anytime.

Under the place there is a Cuban restaurant/bar with loud music until midnight (sometimes 2am) with loads of people chatting. It's difficult to fall asleep. Moreover, it's an old building which has been only slightly rearranged for accommodation, between one room and a staircase there is literally a door barrier which makes you hear everything from the whole house. Other rooms are also divided by a closed old door and you can easily hear others. Sewage system seems to be very old, there is a constant bad smell in the bathroom from pipes.

Optimal location, super friendly Staff always reachable in case of any issues. Very clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen and good Wi-Fi.

Loud at night. 4 floors of stairs is not very convenient either, specially with luggage.

Location is good, right in the middle of the nightlife, the downside is that it gets loud outside till late.

When we arrived we encountered a 4th floor without elevator, it didn’t say that anywhere.

We were only given 2 towels for 4 days, had to request towels, toilet paper which was delivered promptly. The hair dryer from the property shorted out and had a small burn and again a new one was delivered as requested. The location is +++ noisy. 3 restaurants out the bedroom window and the bars a street over were open to 4am. Sleep was difficult. The main door of the building was usually found not closed and unsecured. The property is ok, but the pictures did not represent the place we stayed. Only 2 small fans in temperatures around 30 Celsius. There is a fabulous pizza restaurant across the laneway.

The apartment is located in an area that has a lot of slopes. You also have to climb stairs, which can be difficult for people with mobility difficulties. There are several bars around and although the front windows have acoustic treatment, it is sometimes possible to hear the noise from the street.

Apartment located in a historic building, in a central area full of bars, with a very busy nightlife. The staff that welcomed us was very helpful and friendly.

The beds, utterly uncomfortable. Also very thin doors and lots of automatic lighting in the corridor which was very unpleasant as the upper part of the doors are made from transparent cristal, therefore the rooms light up everytime someone walks down on the main corridor (and sometimes the light switches up by itself randomly)

I had multiple cockroaches arrive in my apartment. One I found already dead. The second I had to kill around dinner time. And the third one I was awoken at 1.30am with it brushing against my skin inside the covers of the bed. The location was quite loud. The upstairs apartment was loud. The kitchen didn't have an oven. The bedroom had a weird funky smell coming from the right hand side. And I'd get a waft of sewerage smell in the bedroom. The pillows were super uncomfortable. The shower was not enjoyable. I didn't know where the bins were.

The space of the apartment was great, The location was close to everything.
