I didn’t like one small thing i paid for the hotel and i want to buy the cup of the coffee for the room machine because only for the first day put the coofe pots

As several people mentioned, the hotel is in general noisy. We couldn't here the club nearby but if anyone would be chatting around the room, we would hear them quite clearly. We fortunately were not bothered too much during the nights, but this can be a problem if you get loud neighbours. Several comparable hotels usually provide more toiletries, for instance body lotion. I'm not usually needing but in summer places it could alleviate light sunburns. Considering the amount of Brits, I'm sure I wouldn't have been the only one making use of it!

Really friendly and helpful staff. We received an upgrade from a standard room to an apartment, which was quite more cosy. There's a coffee machine in the room (although after you finish the provided caps you need to pay for more). Although the room looked rather clean, we noticed a spot on our linen, perhaps resulting from ironing. At the reception they immediately got it changed and gave us coupons for the bar, this costs virtually nothing to them but I think shows how the staff is caring. Breakfast was not too various but was rather nice and good quality.

Food quality in snack bar wasn't great And the noise from KISS was overwhelming, our room was right in front. The lady said we should have known as it's on Booking.com site. But we couldn't find it or didn't see it. However, they were very helpful and moved us anyway. I think this place is better suited to young adults and not "old farts" like us.. 3 minute walk to the STRIP..

Lack of mirror in brighter area of apartment so only one bright mirror to share in the bathroom, not ideal but the hotel manager came to the room as they are putting an extra TV in the bedroom and the lack of mirror was pointed out, she said she'd look into it. Very small issue though.

Great staff, big apartment, lovely pool area with music and nice bar/restaurant with lovely cocktails. Centrally located just a 5 min stroll to the 'strip' with loads of bars and restaurants and a few mins more walk to the lovely beach.

We had to check out an wait around for a bit . We could use the pool for the day which was great but there were no showering facilities to use which I find unusual . The bedroom in the super room was quite dark. When getting ready in the mirror the was no lighting so had to sit on the balcony

Noisy - it’s very near the new strip so can hear music and people shouting all through the night. Didn’t sleep at all the first night so bought ear plugs and then was ok. One staff member was slightly inappropriate and flirty (made me uncomfortable as a solo female traveller) but other than that, it was a lovely stay.

The room was lovely and modern, very clean. Nice reception area, breakfast, pool. Felt safe and comfortable. Beds were so comfy, nice balcony. Lovely rooms. Receptionists were very helpful. Supermarket opposite is handy. Very close to the beach - 7 minute walk to nearest.

Very nice, clean room. Awesome breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Because of the flight we had to checkout early and we couldn’t go to breakfast, so they offered us ‘lunch pack’, so we had something for the way

every thing was okay, good outdoor pool and sit out but no gym for some physical exercise.

The location of the hotel to city centre and the beach is excellent. Good choice Cleaning was brilliant every/any time. The hotel was neat and well tidy The neighbourhood was safe and lively Staff were very respectful and helpful particularly (Edson) a member of staff who will always make sure you have the very best experience and stay.

There was a bad odor coming from the kitchen area. It may have something to do with the sewage system. After contacting the front desk about the odor, they sent someone to deal with it, which helped solve the problem. The pool was also freezing. There's coffee in the room, but only the first two capsules are complimentary. If you'd like more coffee then you'll have to pay a fee.

The room is very spacious. The bathroom has 2 sections to shower. There's a kitchen section with all necessities. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was also very spacious with a clothing rack. There're supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel. There's also a beach about 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Having to leave it at the end of my stay.

From the moment I checked in everything was perfect. I was due to stay for seven days but the staff, hotel, breakfast, my room were so good that I stayed for another fifteen days. You are just made to feel so welcome that it feels like you are part of a big family. I can’t wait to return.
