I was a little lost trying to find the front door (next to the shoe store) for a while, but once I started the Check-in with Gabriel everything was perfect from there.

Everyone here is so wonderful and made me feel right at home, notably Bruna, João, and Gabriel! As for the suite, the pictures don’t do it justice, it was beautiful and I didn’t want to leave.

Everything was great

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, reception open 24 hours/day. Tasty breakfast, we were offered to leave our bags at the reception after our check-out so we could go and see the city before we would check-in at another place. Very close to city centre and metro station. We regret that we didn't stay longer 🙂

Small and quant hotel with a homie feeling. Staff is friendly, a great morning breakfast spread with coffee throughout the day. Location was great. Everything is in walking distance.

Everyone and everything was perfect. Breakfast was divine and location couldn't be better. Take day tours and tram 28 tickets directly from Hotel Reception - much easier, well organised and less hassle. The family room wasn’t huge and felt a bit of a squeeze for 4 with not enough storage to empty cases or put them away (2 adults and 2 teenagers) though the beds were very comfortable. It’s a pretty quiet hotel and not the right place if you are looking for a bar to retire to before bed (drinks are available from a small bar in the breakfast room though).

A nice little boutique hotel, with the friendliest most helpful staff that couldn’t do enough for you including helping to plan the sights to visit while in Lisbon. The breakfast was also lovely and they provided gluten free bread and made gluten free pancakes on request. Tea/coffee and snacks available all day which was a nice touch. Complimentary Wine and water in the room was a nice touch Great location close to everything

The location is amazing. Breakfast had a big choice of food. The stuff was super friendly and helpful. My flight was early AM, so I wouldn't be able to have breakfast. The receptionist made a breakfast bag to go. It was very thoughtful. I'll definitely be back.

The location, the staff and the ambience were wonderful. Staff so proud of their ethos and their city and just so friendly and helpful at all hours. So relaxed and we loved the link to their farm for teas, produce, home cooked breakfast choices etc. little gifts in the room and the quirky individual decor and great space in the rooms. Perfect location for metro bus tram, and cafes and beautiful squares. Nice and flat☺️

Excellent location to visit all tourist places in the city. Was in the centre very close to tram 28 stop, fossil square, other attractions. Also most tours pick up was very near. Good places to eat around. Good places for shopping nearby. We enjoyed the stay. Was perfect for us a s a family. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good quality and had good variety.

The only thing I did not like was the 2nd room we stayed in. We stayed in 2 rooms (one overlooking the Fort and the other in the back of the hotel). Getting to the back was a bit of a hassle, with switching elevators and the 2nd elevator was quite tight. And, that 2nd room (which actually was pretty large too; because it did have a separate tv room section) had some sort of plumbing issue (full disclosure, they fixed on the 2nd day). But, it wasn't my favorite room. That first room though was beyond amazing. Both bathrooms were quite large though, and had floor showers and not baths. Both fit plus sized girls (which I really liked) and both had detachable shower heads.

The staff was the best part of this adventure. They were friendly and went beyond, even letting us know that the cooks would make us eggs if you requested it (we did and they were delicious). They learned our names and offered free breakfast the morning we arrived. They were helpful about where to go and what to do.

Excellent Location, close to tram, tube and buses plus many restaurants and food shops. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast had lots of choice with different homemade cakes every day. We were fortunate to get an upgrade to a junior suite at the top of the building. A huge room and very quiet. Had a great stay.

The bathroom blind is virtually transparent when it is dark outside and lights on inside. Not great for privacy when right across from residential windows. ( we were in 411). Not a problem during the day.

Breakfast was great. Very tasty and good variety John was very very welcoming on our arrival!!! All the staff were personable and most helpful!!

Breakfast was really great, and during the day there were snacks, coffee and juice left out to refresh. Room had fridge and small safe and room was very spacious plus 2 large single beds as requested. Staff were so friendly and helpful spoke very good English.
