We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I went during a very not busy night. I could enjoy the sunset on the balcony and i thought the showers were quite nice.

SpainWe knew this but public transport is difficult, minimum 15 minute walk to bus, we walked to boat! Left three freezer packs on arrival to be frozen but when we were leaving they couldn’t get to freezer so I didn’t get them back😥
Excellent location if arriving in car! Room great with nice views breakfast nice but note served as buffet in canteen!

GermanyThe shared bathrooms were a bit cringey (even with daily cleaning) and really need an upgrade, and the breakfast was also supremely basic, the property should really invest in making it better.
The location was perfect and easily accessible (with cheap Ubers), the wifi was good, and the view from the balcony was amazing.

Portugalbathrooms with a horrible smell although there was no apparent dirt. there wasn't even a fan in the room, in the middle of summer. the receptionist recommended us to sleep with the balcony open, which obviously facilitated the entry of insects, in addition to the lack of security as it was on the ground floor of the hostel.

LatviaHotel was clean, but beds were broken. We put out mattrases on the floor to sleep. Hostel didnt had a kitchen, also didnt had a chance to get a hot water for at least coffee or to cook something. Glad we found some cafe's and walked 10-15min to eat there. When we wanted to get to the hotel from the city center, we had a problem finding a taxi. Everybody who saw that we want to get to the other side of the river, ditched us. I guess mani taxi's dont want to leave city center. Also, in our room we had only 1 place where to get power for our cell phones and electric devices. And our advice - if you offer brealfasts, the time should be little earlier. Since we had alot of plans that day, we didnt stayed to breakfast.
The reason why we chose this hostel , was a view. From our balcony we watched how beautiful city center looks when the sun goes down. And how planes are flying over the city and landing. Shame, that is probbly the only thing what we liked.

UkraineRoom 207 was infested by bed bugs - I've never been bitten that massively in my life! Had to take drugs against allergic reaction, 'cause half of my body was swollen and itching... There's no kettle in the kitchen and very limited set of cutlery and crockery.
Magnificent view from the kitchen. Lots of fresh air. Spacious. Nice staff.

GermanyIt's far away from everything, you need one hour to get to any place, and the hostel it's in the top of a hill, also the breakfast was too poor just bread and cheese, not even vegetables, I would not recommended to anyone at least that you have a car.
