The location, very accessible, the beach is clean and beautiful, you can hire boat tours to the caves if you want to do a little sightseeing. The hotel room was spacious and clean, it had a small kitchen and a terrace with a direct view of the ocean. Perfect place to relax. The staff was also very friendly and attentive, which made the stay extra nice.

The Spa facilities are good BUT the hotel allows kids to enter the spa which make the experience very poor due to their shouting and screaming ! So for couples avoid ! For families please come and have fun with your children in the spa indoor pool, Jacuzzi ( they treat it as baby pool) If the hotel wish to promote Spa to relax restrict the use of the Spa for children for few hours so couples can enjoy and relax

We booked a room with a sea view. When arriving they said we did not have it and gave us a lower grade room. Also, they told us the room was not ready, although we arrived after the check-in time. We had to complain to get a room. We did not receive any kind of compensation.

It's the first time that we go to this hotel and it's a little far for us. The breakfast buffet is delicious!!!!and the staff is very helpful. I know that there will be more places to go in summer but more crowded.We appreciate your kidness. Hope you see son.

If a resort type of holiday is what you are after, this is the place. Can’t really fault it, and the breakfast was amazing.

A great resort type holiday. Excellent location, beautiful beach in close proximity and lots to do. The hotel has all its needs. It is probably best suited to a family, as kids will love it, but we enjoyed it as a couple never the less.

The way to our room was long and carrying heavy luggage was a big pain. The persons managing the reception were not informed enough to guide us to local restaurants and important landmarks.

Breakfast was excellent. The ambience and the view from our room was superb. Even the indoor swimming pool and the whirlpool were really refreshing.

It was a very poor offer for glutenfree food for the breakfast. It was only one kind of bread, quite dry and boring every day .

The breakfast was very good, with many choices. The position of the resort is in proximity to the most beautiful beaches of Algarve. The pools are nice but the sauna was not working.

Very old facilities, about 30 years old; no attention to the detail; reception staff busy with theirs job, tired, hardly focus to clients needs. Great location woth lack owners care.

Attended a wedding where the main meal was more like a starter. Guests were still hungry, and went out for food. Know the bride and groom paid thousands for this, and were disappointed. Hotel restaurant closed in evening.

Clifftop location with Fabulous views. Brilliant staff, so helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel with good atmosphere. Pool bistro with plenty of tables and loungers, good supply of pool towels and of course the Sun 🌞.

In a urgent need of design update. The hotel is a outdated for the prices they charge. Some issues with the water pressure on the shower. Bathroom booth is quite small. Closet doors would function badly and with noise.

All pool beds reserved by 9am at the pool. Very noisy breakfast room. You can hear everything happening on the corridors to your room. Parking close by very difficult. Food too expensive for the lowish quality. Would have hoped for more COVID measures, hand desinfectant was difficult to find in the common areas and crowds were let to gather very freely.

All as expected - nothing exceeded expectations, but nothing was disappointed. Knew exactly what I was getting: a holiday resort by beach. Rooms and breakfast were ok.
