The rug by the bed was dusty, also dusty under the mattress. The shower cubicle floor was slippery.

We got two single beds and they were narrow and hard to sleep on and one, big pillow which was awkward. No sound isolation between rooms so we were got to hear that our neighbors' love life was going well. The area is sketchy, right next to the hotel I think there's a homeless shelter or something like that and upon arrival there was a homeless man by the door. When we got outside for a smoke, there were sketchy people coming in and out of the building next door. I was with my sister and it didn't feel quite safe.

Clean room, adequate amenities, convenient location, great traditional vibe overall in the hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very pretty inside and well decorated. Location is great to move around the city with a nice cafe across the street. Unfortunately we didn't try the food but their tables were full of people so that's a good sign.

I wondered about fire safety - the fire alarm once went off and the staff seemed quite confused about what to do. It did not seem to be possible to open the main door from the inside without intervention from the receptionist.

Nice room and a friendly atmosphere with generally helpful staff. The location was good for my needs; it's not right in the city centre but in a nice neighborhood and not too far from the bus station. I also like the building which is quite different and charming.

1. The beds were very very bad, and not at all comfortable. 2. The room was ice cold. There was no heating at all. My mother got so sick from the cold that was in the room. 3. The location of the hotel is not good for tourists. It is an area where there are not many people on the street, especially when you return to the hotel after 21:00h! 4. The train station is on a road behind the building that is not at all easy to get there, because it is not flat but you have to climb up. And there is no place where you can buy a train ticket nearby. So we walked 35min to the city centre the first two days, until we heared of Bolt taxi, and installed Bolt app in the app store. We can say it is the "cheapest" taxi in Prague. 5. You can hear the music from the hotel bar wich was played until late at night, which made it impossible to sleep. 6. The room is partially clean when guests arrive. Then regardless of how many days you stay, no one comes to clean it until you finish your stay at the hotel. 7. The TV is in A4 format and only one TV program works. - We paid 555 euro for 3 nights/ 3 people during the holidays and it's not worth it at all.

The receptionists were kind and they had a basic knowledge of English. There was hot water in the bathroom. The building had an elevator.
