Our only disappointment were the drinks at the outside pool area. We tried 3 different drinks and each of them were not good at all. We did not even finish them. Either they did not know how to make the drink or the ingredients were horrible. Other restaurants in the area made great drinks so I am not sure what happened.

We really enjoyed our beautiful room, the entire property is very clean and located in a perfect area to reach all of the beaches and restaurants. The staff were always very helpful and kind. Pool and spa areas are also very nice.

I would have appreciated some basics to make a cup of coffee. I had to get sugar and tea from the restaurant and buy my own coffee. The SPA section was great however the indoor pool needs some supervision as kids were jumping in the pool and being kids. Not the calming environment for a relaxing SPA session. The food however was not great. I did not enjoy the supper and the breakfast was average at best. The food needs more flavour and better quality. I often skipped the breakfast because it was too bland.

The location was amazing, beautiful views and very friendly staff. The room was good and easy to access. I liked the loungers and being able to enjoy the lovely view.

You can tell they’ve updated lots of the hotel, I think just the pool area outside needs a little more attention but still peaceful and good

The hotel is dated and could do with an upgrade as this would put it above most of the hotels in the area..

Beautiful location right on the ocean. Beaches waking distance away. Good amenities. Central toany of Algarves must see attractions.

Slightly dated. Hotel had discrepancy with our booking reservation that required sorting for us to get the correct beds we needed.

Parking around the resort was a little difficult because of limited space and competion with restaurants and other lodging facilities.

The view was spectacular from the balcony and the room. All the staff were very helpful. Very convenient location in the middle of the places we planned to visit in Algarve.

Some electrical out were not working

The staff were polite and helpful. We had a suit clean and spacious. The resort is close to the beach, which was amazing. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. Very good quality food. For dinner, the drink was not included and was expensive. We didn't use the infoor/ outdoor pool I really will come back agsin

Cold swimming pool was not expected.

It was nice breakfast and dinner. Very cold in door swimming pool. We enjoyed a lot from hotel ambient. Excellent staffs and service and cleaning.

There are not enough parking spaces. I can't imagine where people park cars in hot season

The facilities are a bit old and some things look and feel worn out

Great location, on a cliff next to two different beaches. The facilities are a bit old and worn down, but the room still felt comfortable, and there is a mini kitchen I didn't use. There are some places to eat out and the breakfast was quite nice. The swimming pool is a bit old looking, but it does the job - helps to refresh.

Breakfast was varied and good overall. But one day we arrived early and lots of cereals etc were empty. The hot food is not that hot either. The sauna in pool area was pretty poor. And never really achieved a good temperature. Sea gulls messing up the sun loungers as they are hanging around the grass area. And staff just left them there covered in bird poo.

I had room 630. Great view. Big room and balcony. Good location. But you need a car I would say.

I would have liked a bit more of toiletries in the room. Towels next to the pool area, and not to go all the way to the reception to get one.

The location was just perfect for a vacation with some excellent beaches close by. The room was spacious with a balcony facing the ocean, an excellent pool, and the staff were very helpful. They also provided amazing breakfast.

The only thing i can recall not liking is the jacuzzi, it was very dirty and not with a good smell
