Our bathroom had a bit of a smell. An extractor fan may well have cured this, but there wasn’t one. Also, the grouting around the base of the toilet was in need of either a deep clean, or replacement. Otherwise, no problems with cleanliness.

The room was spacious and in a quiet location at the back of the hotel. However, the traffic along the road by the hotel entrance isn’t particularly loud in any case. There are some public off road parking spaces between the hotel and the main road and we were lucky enough to get one of them. Our room was spacious and pleasingly decorated. There was a built in wardrobe, substantial bedside tables and an easy chair. The balcony was quite large, but unfortunately had no furniture. The twin beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed spending some time at the large, well-lit bar with 2 TVs (quiet!). All staff were helpful and courteous. The breakfast was well set out, with good options.

Not so much a didn't like but a concern that the tennis courts need some additional barriers to stop children going around the back of them as there is only a low parapet wall and a long 4m+ drop

they lost a good night gown of mine and didn’t care to asnswer me back and, in case they couldn’t found it in the laundry, didn’t offer to pay it back - even though I identified the brand and se t pictures of a similar one

We ordered food via roomservice. 2x blackangus burger+fries. The fries were as cold as they could get and the burgers were tough to get through.

The shutters outside keep most heat out, they where shit when we arrived and the room was pleasant in temperature. Very much room.

They claimed they had EV station but on arrival late at night we were told it wasn’t working which was a real pain. They should have taken it off their description page. It also proved very difficult to get through to the reception from the room as the line was constantly engaged.

It is definitely overprice, needs to pay more attention in the bathroom cleaning, very dissapointed when you find hair inside the shower and floor

Everything was good. Apart from the orange juice at breakfast bit watered down.
