To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Arab EmiratesSince we hired a car, the parking was a bit expensive at the paid parking nearby - 'Telpark', and would have been nice if a parking was available with the apartment, however with the availability of public transport we ended using the metro and buses instead.
location was excellent, very close to 2 metro stations, Praca de Espana and Sao Sebastiao. A supermarket is located just below the apartment and a number of small restaurants nearby. The Corte Ingles Mall is walking distance. The apartment was found neat and clean. There is wifi and a TV with cable. Linen and some toiletries are provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic utensils, pans, a nespresso coffee machine and kettle, iron and ironing board, mop, etc to allow you to run the house.

Amazing 2-bedroom appartment, just 15minute subway-ride away from the city centre! Easy check-in and check-out, great rooms with ensuite bathrooms, kitchen&living! Parking is 1 step away, many places to eat nearby.

United KingdomPicky I know but the kettle was pretty cheap and more like one you would take camping.
The bedrooms have the wow factor! En suites and everything you need for a luxurious stay. We walked everywhere although public transport easy and nearby. The gardens are spectacular and you can take a picnic across. Loved the art gallery there plus there are two cafes in the grounds. We ate locally every night and the hosts went above and beyond to provide us with everything from information on places to eat, visit and arranged airport transports - very reasonable. they can not be faulted. There are little groceries/stores and restaurants dotted around. We particularly liked the Armenian one. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else on our next visit to Lisbon ❤️

The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped with all amenities. The owner and management are extremely helpful and friendly. They have made excellent suggestion regarding our itinerary and assisted us with our airport transfer. We would highly recommend Gulbenkian Apartments to anybody visiting Lisbon.

United Kingdomthe house is great, but the shower in our bedroom was small, which with someone big is an issue, but even for normal size people is not great. the house has more bathrooms, but because of covid i tried to not use spaces we did not need, but i would say with such a big bedroom, the ensuite could be a bit bigger, no big deal, just a suggestion of improvement
The location, the support from the host, the amenities, it was all great. although no parking is included, there is a park just outside, which has electric charging as well as lots of spaces, and an app you can download and pay 7 per day, which in central Lisbon is a bargain.

United States of AmericaThe bed mattress and pillows were not comfortable. The furniture is getting tired. The main bedroom bathroom had a sewer smell and was unusable. The owner tried to address it but it did not help.
Location was great. Apartment was clean and kitchen was well stocked. The AC system was very effective for heating and cooling apartment. The owner was very helpful.
