The receptionist did not speak very well English. The bathtub needs to be changed. It is very old and rusty. Not good value for that price.

The room is spacious enough. The bathroom and the toilet are separated. The location of the apartment is in the centre. Possibility for late check-in or early check-out.

In the photos, it wasn't particularly clear that it was a shared space where all use the same bathroom, shower, etc. Only 5 rooms shared the facilities so it isn't the worst. In terms of noise levels, you will struggle to sleep, you are beside the police station, near the city, with sirens going off frequently. The area itself is not exactly the safest, fine in the daytime but be wary in the evening, and nighttime. However, that can be said in general for anywhere.

In terms of value for money, this would be perfect for those travelling on a budget. Very close to a supermarket and it is relatively cheap too. The staff lady helped us when my girlfriend ripped her shorts and we were given needles and threads. Balcony view with trees and a nice handful of birds came on the railings,

If you have heavy luggage then it’s a problem as there’s no lift and you’ll have to carry suitcases via stairs, which was a set back. The toilets were also shared but other than that it was worth the price

Eveything was good, rooms were spacious and price was very good. Location was also great as things were nearby.

We were asked to pay for the night at check in, so ahead of time. I thought this was a little odd, but otherwise everything was fine. The shared shower facilities are clean but very basic. This room was good value for money, and we only needed something for one night.

It was easy to find the accommodation, and check in went relatively smoothly. The room was basic but clean, with a mini-fridge, kettle and fan, which was a nice addition.

The location of the place is excellent. The place is very basic but it was clean. Despite speaking only Portuguese the staff was providing everything we asked for.

Construction out front. Seemed like a lot of sketchy people out in the area during the day - wasn’t super sure about safety of the area for myself and the kids but other families were there. Some of the guests in the shared bathroom facilities were super messy and left the floor wet and dirty after the shower. Not the hotels fault but a reminder for guests in shared space to be respectful of other guests!!

The stuff did not speak English, so it was very hard to communicate. Someone knocked at our door at 8:40am trying to get in and he woken us all up. It was quite scary, no idea what it was, we didn’t open the door (maybe though it was the door to the bathroom).

Our stay was really nice, the room and the bathroom were clean. Really good location near the city centre.

Shared bathroom was fine but not ideal for a family w a young child. Room was very basic and clinical. Wouldn’t have taken much to spruce it up and give some charm.

Location was good, especially once you got your bearings. Staff was very accommodating- let us pay the day after arrival (we hadn’t realized it was cash only) and let us store our luggage in their office the day we left after checkout.
