We were asked to pay for the night at check in, so ahead of time. I thought this was a little odd, but otherwise everything was fine. The shared shower facilities are clean but very basic. This room was good value for money, and we only needed something for one night.

It was easy to find the accommodation, and check in went relatively smoothly. The room was basic but clean, with a mini-fridge, kettle and fan, which was a nice addition.

The location of the place is excellent. The place is very basic but it was clean. Despite speaking only Portuguese the staff was providing everything we asked for.

The stuff did not speak English, so it was very hard to communicate. Someone knocked at our door at 8:40am trying to get in and he woken us all up. It was quite scary, no idea what it was, we didn’t open the door (maybe though it was the door to the bathroom).

Shared bathroom was fine but not ideal for a family w a young child. Room was very basic and clinical. Wouldn’t have taken much to spruce it up and give some charm.

Location was good, especially once you got your bearings. Staff was very accommodating- let us pay the day after arrival (we hadn’t realized it was cash only) and let us store our luggage in their office the day we left after checkout.

It's pretty noisy, hard to rest.

The room was clean, nice view, close to Metro station and city center. Great hot water and I really appreciated the white sheets and towels. It's also great that it has late checkin hour.

3rd floor with no elevators. The administrator that met us on the meeting desk didn’t speak English Everything, especially the common bathroom, was very old

Close to the metro station. City centre. 24 hours check in (this was the main reason we chose this accommodation) Room with enough space for lots of baggage. Kettle and minibar in the room. Comfortable mattress. Nice little balcony with the view to the main road. There is a fan and an electric heater in the room, so you’d be comfortable in various weather conditions.

Excellent location with a gorgeous view. It was very cold in the room, but they took care of me and gave me a heater, for which many thanks! The only thing is the pillows in the room were terrible, sleep is very important for travelers. Everything else is fine

They are very good people. I left my bag in reception before check in time, and they allowed me to do it without charge. The room and washroom are very clean, near the metro station and city center.
