It’s quite a far walk from the town (for groceries and restaurants etc) but there are electric scooters very close by that you can rent (Bolt/Lime etc) and then it’s only like 6min. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the toilet didn’t flush very well. Also they have a very sweet dog but it barks quite a lot (and so do the neighbours dogs) so just bring ear plugs.

It’s a short walk to the beach and the pool area is nice. We stayed in the section with private rooms and a shared bathroom and there was a nice kitchen and lounge area for us to use. The room was a decent size and the staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating.

The stuff was super friendly! Very cozy, quite, beautiful place to stay. If you want to go on "a retreat" definitely recommend this place. Wonderful beach 5 min by walk.

The door of my room could not be closed by key, and when I informed the volunteer she didn't seem very interested in finding a solution. The two socklets in the room also did not work, and the temperature in the room was very high, so a fan would be a plus. One of the volunteers was also speaking very loud with one guest for two nights in a row, despite messages hanging tbat it should be silent after 10 pm.

The location as it is quiet but still close to the beach. The chill area outside is really nice, and Janine and Isabel were very pleasant to be around.

The kitchen (and kitchenware) could have been cleaner, but that's mainly on the guests, not the hosts.

Janine is a very nice host! The hostel is well decorated and is conviently located, close to a big public beach. Breakfast has a variety of fruit. The place felt welcoming.

It was far from center/town without a car/bike. They should purchase bikes for their guests to use. Other than that no complaints. Had a blast.

Definitely not a "fancy" hostel, but it is laid back and relaxed. It's maybe 10 minutes from the beach. Cool house manager and volunteers. I would definitely come back here!

My personal cabinet was broken... O had to stay with a bit of warring about my stuff. Bit i met nice people.

Nice place, a little bit spartan... Obviously it's meant to be used by people who goes to surfing and doing other activities.

Its a bit of a walk to the next bigger grocery but if you walk along the beach it doesnt matter anymore also you can take an uber for 3€ on the way back for example

Really nice manager and the dog was the cutest. Good place to go surfing and the beds in the 10 bed room gave you some privacy with the curtain.

The noise at night, people talking and screaming in front of the window at 1 and at 4am. We didn't get much sleep.

Staff were super friendly. I stayed in the small dorm but would reccomend the bigger capsule dorm. Pool and garden is amazing, beautiful dog sadly no access to bikes or surf boards at the time. Would defo return though

There's no A/C nor a fan in the dorm room, so in June it was super hot during the day and warm at night. The swimming pool is not particularly clean. There's only one shared bathroom. You can only reach the property by taxi if you don't have a car. Unless you want to walk for 35 minutes with your suitcase from Costa da Caparica...

It was very peaceful and relaxing, sort of isolated from the rest of the world and 6 or 7 minutes away on foot from the beach, which was one of the best I've seen around Lisbon.

Such a cool vibe, nice atmosphere and friendly roommates, I was amazed by the outside bathroom, I have never seen it in a hostel before.
