Informative communication, terrace overlooking the mountains, shower, comfy mattress and pillows, black out blind, air con. Best sleep I've had during my trip. Booked last minute due to wanting an extra night in furnas. Price was very reasonable for the location.

The sound insulation isn't good (sometimes when there's noise in the hall or other rooms you can hear it), but in general it was quiet.

The location is great — Furnas itself is beautiful and the room is near the Terra Nostra park, hot springs, and many other parks. There's a large parking nearby. The room was comfy and was cleaned every day. The balcony and view is very nice.

The wifi is really bad (at least in room 1) and went out of service several times. Also we found some left overs from the former guests which were not cleaned up.

The self check in was possible without any problems. Bed was really comfortable and the location was perfect, right next to the terra nostra park. A little down the road there was a nice spot for breakfast. We also made use out of the fridge in the kitchen. Quite helpful!

Very clean and modern hotel situated in a perfect spot, a bit noisy at night/early morning as you could hear the other room and people at the hallway, didn't disturb us personally though as we woke up early

The apartment is located in a newly restored building. The room we stayed was not too big but it had all that we needed, including a small balcony. The check-in and check out procedures are automatic, everything is done by code which is shared by the property in advance. The location is good, in the centre of Furnas and there is also a big parking spot nearby.

A bit lacking in kitchen equipment such as only 1 small knife for all shared rooms.

Very central location; A/C which is rare to find, even towels provided for hot springs. Lots of nice touches.

No place to hang wet cloths..and you always have towels from the spas or the beach wet..

The rooms are as in the photos with a balcony looking towards the hills and very nice nature. The hotel has all you need, balcony, nice bathrooms, TV monitor, shared kitchen area, all very clean. The best is the location, is like in perfect spot for everything in Furnas, reallly great.

Not enough shelves in the bathroom to put personal stuff. The room was from the direction of the noisy street.

It has a perfect location, near the city center and very close to the Terra Nostra Park. It was clean and they have washing machine and dryer in the property.

Some space/accomodations for clothing in the room would be nice.

Stayed for 3 nights. Check in was easy with code provided for front door and room. Location is great with ample free parking on the street right beside the building. Room was cozy and clean- although quite small. Closets in the hallway provide storage for luggage. Bed was super comfortable and got the best sleep here from my whole trip. Would definitely return! Don’t hesitate to book.

The walls were thin, so we could hear other guests in the halls and common area.

Excellent value! The rooms (we had two to accommodate our family of 5) were spotless and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice after a long day. There was also convenient parking across the street and the locations was within easy walking distance of the Terra Nostra Garden and main town square.

My room faced the bar across the street. They could get a bit loud at times, but I travel with ear plugs therefore I could sleep. The guesthouse itself was great though.

The location was awesome and having access to a washer and dryer was great.

Convenient location near the centre of Furnas. Parking available nearby. Room was well equipped and all the fittings and furnishings appeared almost brand new. Keyless entry means never having to worry about locking yourself out. The only slight downside is that the rooms at the front of the building face onto a busy road which can be noisy at times but not excessively so during the night. Well equipped communal kitchen with all mod cons.

My only complaint which is very minor would be that the room is very sterile very white with nothing hanging on the walls. It wasn't cozy and since I was dealing with a lot of rain outside I had to spend a little more time in my room. However I thought the balcony was awesome!

The place and location is wonderful for the price. I had some trouble checking in though. I thought the pin number that was sent to me when I booked with booking.com was how I was supposed to get into the property. I have to get a third party to call this place to find out how I could get into the building because for some reason my phone could not make a direct call. I had not received any check-in information from this place.
