If I have to find something: pillows weren’t really comfortable. Besides that: perfect!

The place is so much nicer in real life than it looks in pictures. The whole property is well taken care of, the pool area is so comfortable and nice! Room was extremely clean, kitchen seemed to have everything you need but we didn’t use it because we only stayed one night. It’s gated so you also feel very safe. Location is okay, it’s a little far walking to the beach or restaurants but if you have a car it’s absolutely fine.

The only issue we had was related to a terrible internet connection - it was slow and very unstable.

Easy to reach and get keys (just need to enter passcode provided by property). Protected parking is provided for free. Good kitchen facility inside of a room with all required staff. The swimming pool already was full of water and ready for use despite the cold weather :) Friendly staff.

stayed for one noght and it rained throughout and was very cold. there was a leak on the second bed which made it worse. Highlighted it the next morning and the owner apologised profusely and got it fixed.

Amazing value for money, nice location and facilities. Thouroughlky recommend for a family stay. Rooms nice size and clean. Would have liked to spend a few more relaxing days.

There was not anything I didn't like.

The accommodation was excellent I was staying in a one bedroom self contained flat with a roof terrace. It's was spotless, had everything I needed TV, cooking facilities. I felt so comfortable and at home. It was one of the best nights sleep I have had in a long time. The bed was big and so comfortable it was an amazing flat.

The self-guided check-in can be complicated and difficult to follow for some people. It took us awhile to find our room because there was miscommunication between which room we had. Nevertheless, we had a great experience

Very clean, private and spacious. The layout of the property was very cool. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Although I never met the property owners/receptionist, they sent very clear instructions on how to gain access to your room.

There really is nothing about this place I can complain about the only thing I would say is you need a car to stay here if you want to go into albuferia or a taxi costs about £11 each way which if u share isn't too bad..

This place is a hidden gem it's well kept with lovely fruit trees and well looked after grounds ..the apartments are spotless clean the owner Patricia is so helpful and nothing is any trouble ..I will 100% be back ..pool and kids play park is great keeps the small ones busy

A fantastic apartment in a beautiful setting with immaculate gardens with excellent facilities. Everything was super clean with extremely comfortable beds and pillows - everything you could possible want was provided. Unluckily for us our flight was diverted and we arrived late, however the management kept in touch and reassured us about checking in, which was a real relief. Really friendly, professional staff made for a fabulous stay. Thank you and we really hope to return!

We booked a second stay, albeit assigned to Apartment 13. This time we were disappointed because the mattress was hard and very uncomfortable. In addition to this, the smoke alarm in the lounge beeped every 63 seconds throughout the night. Both of these kept me awake. Both issues were reported to reception at 10am on our second day, informing the girl that we would be out all day. She promised to find a mattress topper and made note of the smoke alarm. We received no updates via email, nor SMS and when we returned we noticed that neither problem had been resolved. I had to call the owner at 10pm and a caretaker came to remove the battery of the smoke alarm. There was no resolution provided for the very uncomfortable bed.

During our first stay we stayed in Apartment Number 2 and the mattress on the large double bed was extremely comfortable.

There are ants on the bed! And many in the bedroom. There are 2 gigantic mosquitos in the living room that are 10 times the size of a normal mosquito.

There was an ant problem in the room that we only noticed the next morning when we were checking out. It happens, so it wasn’t a big deal to us and seemed to be taken seriously by the staff. The villa is situated next to a henhouse so you will hear a lot of noise from them and a rooster. Also, dogs were barking pretty much all night. Finally, the bidet was not working and we couldn’t put toilet paper in the toilet, so impossible to take care of business without leaving poopy paper in the trash.

We found a cockroach in the bathroom upon our arrival which concerns us due to health hazards they carry for kids. Check out is very early, at 10 AM. Check in is overly complex requiring too much data and identity validation - overall more complex than opening a bank account and requiring the provisioning of too much PII.

The outside area was beautiful and well taken care of. Kids loved playing the area which was also quite secure. The property was as described, good areas and well equipped. Cleaning was spotless.
