Staff attention.

Average. Good for a short and cheap staying in Warsaw. Photos and info accordingly with the web. The room and place are what you paid for. I got an attic room number 7, clean, with a skylight, nice but because it was September weather. Private ample clean bathroom with towel and hot water. Some gadgets in the bathroom were damages, sink and shower faucet, but functional. Mattresses and couch old but fine. Wi- fi worked perfectly. Shared full kitchen that you can use. The place is far away to the main Warsaw square, but there are a big bus and metro station less than 10 minutes walking. Even you can catch a bus to go to the airport from there for only 4 pln. Quite surroundings with markets and restaurants. Staff personal not very friendly, language is a barrier.

The offer said there was a space to work in a room. Unfortunately, there was a bed, a shaky drawer, the TV stand, and that's all. Hoped for at least a chair and any form of a bed - none was there - quite disappointed.

Easy to find, nice surroundings, the bed was unexpectedly comfortable. Although I waited 15 minutes before being served, the whole procedure of accommodating was quite fast. Also, even though the room was microscopic, it had a balcony.

Arrival and checking-in was poor; because I had given advance notice of my arrival around 19:00, which was accepted, but could not gain entry simply by knocking or ringing any bell. I had to go round to the back of the house and interrupt the evening of a tenant couple, who kindly opened the door for me. They and another tenant then spent a quarter of an hour trying to contact the owner, in vain. Finally, a woman who later said she worked on reception appeared from the basement, and wanted to know if I could pay cash. Anyway, in the end it cause me a lot of trouble, finding a cashpoint which worked, although I had to pay PLN 17,90 commission to take out the money. I texted, phoned, and emailed the owner, who did not return my communications, nor those of the other tenants, nor the staff member, as far as I could tell. Despite being told to bring cash, I noticed the hostel had also tried to get the money via my bank card. Also - in the room was a card with a wi-fi password written on it - but it did not work. I messaged the owner about it, but never received any reply.

I liked the en-suite, and the firm bed.

sound isolation is not perfect but that’s a detail. not a lot of cutlery nor cups ;)

The only thing that it was so annoying was that when I arrived there I was knocking 20 minutes and nobody opened the door! Thank god a customer opened the door in order to leave from the house and I spoke to him and I figured out! With simple words there no secratary or something like that in to wait for you and the owner also wasn't there, so I spoke to the cleaner lady the ONLY person that she was there from the stuff! I hope that change!

After travelling from Canada I got to the property and waited in the snow because no one answered my calls or opened the door until a guest let me in after 20minutes. I think a guest also checked me in after a call to the owner. I was "downgraded" and placed in an unlisted room that was NOT what I paid for! And not showing on the listing site. I had to pay 113 immediately (also after booking.com charged my bank account without permission - supposed to be paid at the property) The "premium" rooms are listed at that rate.....if you could call it that . The downstairs bathroom was shocking. Nothing about the property met my own or the listed expectations and the only reason I stayed was because it was nearly midnight and freezing. ( I notified the owner of my arrival time ahead...with no reply)

Terrible place. We arrived on time for check in but no one was there to check us in and no information was provided prior the check in, therefore we needed to book another place to stay. When we came to he booking some drunk people were staying there. Did not even get a refund. Do not recommend.

the room I ordered wasn’t wat I got instead I got a really small room which was not good for couple and when I called to ask why I got a smaller and different room from wat I selected I was told that’s all we have for now and note there are no refunds and cancellations ,the guy I even spoke told me my room will be changed the next day since I was staying for 2 nights but he didn’t bother to even check on me the next day to see if I was comfortable

Our room had an enourmous patch of mould in the corner. All the furniture was warn or somehow broken. The bathroom, though usable, had all the different bits and pieces either missing or broken (toilet seat with holes in it, missing drain cap under the shower, a loose tile here there, etc). There was a weird smell in the whole place and the radiators were making some weird clicking noises through the whole night. Also, the hostel is missing any signs outside the building and it's located in a villa, so we were not sure if we're trespassing or not when we got there.

Location is close to metro station and there are some shops near by. It's located on a nice, quiet street.

Heating was not working in all building, when outside was ~15 at day and ~8 at night. It was very cold inside, and owner didn't provide any backup heating.

Bed - bricks are softer than this, no chair, no table, two beds in a very small room, no curtains in windows, pipes on walls - whole between wall and bed, very old and small TV set (no hdmi), wasps!
