Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandThe only improvement I can think of is the parking lot organization. The hotel seemed to be fully booked on our weekend, and it was difficult to find a parking spot. The hotel administration put up a sign asking for people to park cars closer to each other but it didn't help. It feels like good old markings on asphalt could help.
Comfortable hotel located close to nature. We enjoyed the staff's hospitality, the breakfasts were really good, and I'd like to highlight the SPA zone. We were not able to enjoy the open-air one due to the time constraints, but the in-house sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool were all great.

Quiet and relaxing. Spa facilities can take you all-day. Rooms have enough space. The meals are delicious. It is very close to the Czech border.

LuxembourgOur massages were in general ok. Even though we booked a couple massage, it was “seperate” and there were big differences in quality, so that was a little sad. Mohammed was definitely the best. The “welcome service” could be improved, but that’s a critic on high level.
Cool lovely little Kurort, even though a little abandoned, but it gives a nice nostalgic touch to the city. The hotel is modern and nice. Staff okay, though they don’t speak perfectly english. Food, mostly polish traditional food, was very good. Cool entertainment with bowling and billiard. The spa is a little “dark” and with times crowded. I would recommend couples to go there after 18:00 when the children are in the restaurant 😉 small but cool swimming pool. 2 saunas and 1 hammam are nice. But remember: polish people wear “swimsuits”. Rooms are small but very nice. Lovely deco throughout the hotel. Good parking.

United KingdomThe room was a bit small. By contrast the dining room felt cavernous and not very cosy. The food was great though.
The spa was the absolute highlight, the pool was small but with lovely features, outside spa area was also great, even in the rain. Lots of choice for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Great location at the edge of the park.

United KingdomExcellent location and fantastic facilities! The room was spacious enough for two people, nice bathroom and a cute little balcony. The restaurant was fabulous and the food was great! Plenty of choices and vegetarian/vegan friendly. Breakfast was amazing too. Great SPA facilities, easy to arrange treatments. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location to explore the area, walking distance to town centre.

Czech RepublicThe staff barely speaks English. We were lucky, because we come from the Czech republic and it’s possible to undrestand each other even though we speak different language, but I can’t imagine being for example a German tourist and try to order myself a dinner…
We really loved breakfasts. They were exceptional. The location of the hotel is really good too, because it’s close to Stołowe Mountains national park with a beautiful landscape.

Czech Republiclack of AC in rooms is a big problem during summer. The location is not great if you`re looking to do anything fun behind the hotel walls since there is nothing to do and everything closes at 10PM.

United KingdomDuring our stay no one cleaned the room.
I think the real asset is staff in the hotel. They are very friendly, helpful and hardworking. The kitchen is excellent. Every breakfast was different, different food, and plenty of different varieties of salad. I am a salad man, so I was very pleased. During the stay we always ordered a dinner from the menu. All meals, and especially the fish were very well presented, prepared and tasty. The deserts were melted in ours mouth. The facility has bowling alleys and pools tables which was very handy during the bad weather.

United KingdomI didn’t catch the name of the two blonde ladies in reception but they did everything they could to show us the facilities before we could check in and made sure there was a chef onsite 1 hour earlier than normal to accommodate our breakfast on departure day. The rooms are clean and bright with easy access. The jacuzzi is grand! The on-site restaurant serves incredibly quick, tasty food at a respectable price. David, our waiter, made a special effort to speak with us in perfect English and was so attentive! We had pizzas, pastas and fries (all the good stuff!) and it was all perfectly cooked. I could not recommend this hotel and restaurant more!

United States of AmericaThe gym or fitness room is terrible. There are only old treadmill, 2 steppers (one broken) and one old cable row. All squeezed in the very small room where various unnecessary things were like chairs, buckets, carton boxes, mops. No A/C no floor mats , no floor lining for exercise. In general the room looked as the storage for the hotel. The bowling and pool in the entertainment room is also additionally charged.
Nice hotel with good location. The indoor pool is small but clean. There are saunas indoor and outdoor so not to overcrowded. Very good buffet breakfast was served and the stuff was very helpful. The room was clean yet poorly decorated and equipped. TV only few channels for most of the you have to pay extra. The electric kettle station not close to the electric outlet so you have to rearranged it. No A/C
