Morning all restrants is open at 12.00 after breakfast even you cant drink coffee. Very very bad . Just breakfast and wait for opening 2 beautiful restaurants

The hotel allows dogs to stay in rooms but I couldn't enter restaurents and beach with a dog.

i cannot say i didn't like but i can say will be nice if they have more tatesty food will be nice, but it is difficult to find open buffet hotels. pool is indoor, if they will have a outdoor pool in the future will be good for summer days escape, or even if the pool with warm water, can i go every weekend during the winter.

It was weekend and they had many additinol activities for kids free. even they called civil defence and fire fighters they were in the hotel to train the kids. all activities were perfect.

I stayed just for one night and it was not critical to me, but having simple amenity kit would be nice, there was only all-in-one shampoo and body wash in the room, no body lotion for instance.

It’s a well maintained facility where you can get to spa or swimming pool without leaving the building, which is convenient. Also you have both shower and bath tube in the room. The best for me was that I could open the windows or leave balcony door half open for the night instead of aircon.

the lightening of the restaurant is depressing and the colours of the furniture too monotone. not all the staff speaks english, the communication is oftern challenging

the facility is nicely integrated into the nature, the breakfast menu is good, the space of the whole hotel is comfortable, the pool and spa is added value

Considering the size of the hotel the gym was small and the air in the gym was not fresh. The squash court did not accept multisport light cards.

This blond girl at the fitness, pool, aqua park was very cold and awful..... I told her thank you twice and she barely reacted....she acted like she didn't want to be there. She made us feel guilty for even making a request...... The only thing that wasn't her fault was that there were no towels available all 3 days.

The dinner was somewhat expensive (100 zlot/ person for the eat anything is more than I’d expect). Also the staff was slightly less “welcoming” but probably because it was later in the evening and they might’ve been dealing with a problem so just were concentrated.

Breakfast was really good (the options and cooking quality). The room was quite big for being the cheapest option. The aqua-park is the only reason why the hotel is rated 8.1 instead of the deserved 9.3 (at least). It was somewhat crowded for a Tuesday evening in off-season, but I’d take it as a pleasant bonus rather than a reference for rating the hotel. I guess the hotel’s ratings would improve if they offered the rooms for 30% less and offer the option to go to the pool for an extra price; that way guests rate the hotel only rather than the overall experience.

We arrived late so we couldn’t use the spa. The spa closed at 21:00. The Wiener Schnitzel in the restaurant -was very oily..

The bed was large and very comfortable. We slept well. The Caesar salad was very delicius, and also the breakfast.

It is a very big hotel and this can feel at times too much like a factory.

The food, the prices are spicy and the quality is medium. The food in the inside restaurant is better than the outside restaurant. The hotel outside has very bad quality food and not respecting the menu.

The hotel is big, perfect for a weekend outside Warsaw. The beach is very nice. At breakfast enough choices.

The only thing I was a bit disappointed was, that the room was not clean. The bath tub was dirty and there were spider nets all over the bedroom. Obviously the room was not checked and cleaned before we checked in.

The Hotel is well equipped. We loved the agua park, place for kids, indoor and outdoor, beach and restaurant in the garden.
