Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location was amazing, it can be easily reached by public transport from the airport. When we wanted to go and explore the city, we had a lot of option to choose from. Many restaurants, bars are nearby. The hotel staff was very nice and the whole place was perfectly clean.

The room was great and well equipped,must say one of the comfiest beds are found in this hotel! I’ll for sure come back and I highly recommend you to do it as well!

FinlandBreakfast room was crowded and it showed in staff running around constantly. There were some breakfast items and cutlery missing continuously but otherwise good job. Food was good. Fortunately we had time and were not in rush. Unorthodox solution with shower glass wall as it did not cover the opening as much as it should have.
Everything was as supposed to be. Friendly staff and facilities as expected. Parking facilities did the.job. Would visit again.

LithuaniaI would just point out to the old carpet on the floor which of course requires a great cleaning, but slippers were provided for a reason, so it’s great. Absolutely no complaints.
The stuff was super friendly,kind and attentive. The bed request was a subject for availability, and full size bed instead of two separate was provided despite the fact that hotel was fully booked because of Eras Tour. Every day complimentary sparkling and still water how much you need. Bathroom is so bright and clean with great lights. 15 min walk to center, breakfast places near, great coffee and supermarket in 1-2min walk. Did really enjoy the place! Absolutely would recommend.

SwedenA bit far from the old town. Looks much closer on the map then it is but you need to change a tram pr take the bus that is stuck in heavy traffic. Means a total of 30 min each way. Lots of transportation options though and bus to/from airport right outside the door is a major plus.
Nice size room, nice view (even if noisy), nice big comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, helpful staff.

GermanySomehow, I had a lot of trouble to use my mastercard in both the breakfast and the self-service coffee area. This has to be improved.
The hotel is located in the eastern side of the city, close to the commercial areas and close to the central station. It has an aura of antiquity but it is modernly renovated. The staff was very well trained, always welcoming and helpful.

SwitzerlandJust that when I opened the window in my room. There were cobwebs and spiders and other insects in the balcony. Please ask the cleaning people to clean the balcony windows too. We had 2 spiders crawling on our bed. Please don’t feel bad but this was our experience. Don’t be harsh on your cleaning staff. May be they forgot to clean.
