However, there was one aspect that I found lacking, and I wanted to bring it to your attention. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover that there was no option to utilize room service after midnight, especially for food or snacks. As a guest who arrived late in the evening, I found this limitation somewhat inconvenient. I understand that operational constraints may exist, but I wanted to provide this feedback in the hope that it could be considered for future improvements. Having access to room service throughout the night would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and convenience. My room was a little bit small.

Breakfasts are gorgeous, beds very comfortable, staff very friendly, rooms clean and have all you need. Transport stops are very near, so you can go at any part of the city. Few malls in 20-25 minutes by foot.

There is a low variety of dishes which you can order for breakfast. The buffet, on the other hand, is quite sufficient. On the weekend, finding a table at 10.00 am that wasn't already used or dirty was difficult. 2 out of 3 coffee machines had no milk in them. The remaining one had little left. The view of the "garden" is not the best.

The location for the hotel is close enough to Warsaw Central station, and not really distant from the center. However, renting a car, paying for an Uber, or taking public transport to get to the center is necessary if you don't want to walk for 30 minutes. The rooms are nice and clean.

Everything is great as usual, breakfast is fabulous, bed is comfortable as well. We already stayed 2nd time and will stay again when will visit Warsaw again.

Room had very load ventilation system, at night we had to turn it off to be able to sleep.

Breakfast was very nice, with a lot of different options. Location was perfect for us as it was in the calmer part of the center, also we were capable to go everywhere on foot. Near by there is a nice park if you are up for a jog.

High quality hotel, nice design, clean, comfortable. The localization great. All the necessary things at hand. Great cosmetics. Very well soundproofed windows from the street side. Next time I'll try breakfast, but all in all I recommend it totally.

Excellent service, nice staff, gentle. It absolutely exceeded my expectations, and the quality / service is of level of various other high class hotels. I had to order the room in a rush, even then, through booking, a lovely good service. Thanks a lot

When I checked in, there was an ongoing maintenance of the water facility, which was annoying because I wanted to take a shower upon check-in as I have some errands to do on the same day. I had to wait for two hours. It would be helpful in the future if instances like this were made known to the guests as foreign trips are usually limited by time, and this time lost was really annoying. Also, I wouldn't know had I not called the reception. Hotels should always be proactive in cases like this. Also, I didn't like that I wasn't informed that my requests of two beds would not be granted. I just accepted the fact when I checked in.

I would commend the welcoming vibe and hospitality of the staff. They were very nice and friendly upon reception. Also, I would commend the cleanliness of the area, and the bedroom of course. Location-wise, I would say there are a lot of walkable shops nearby, but travel would mostly be preferable via public transport (very near a bus stop), or Uber (which is very cheap too). Overall, it was a great experience.

The shower head looked pretty old and had some rust on it. Adjusting the water to a comfortable temperature was challenging, as it tended to be excessively hot

In general, everything was fine. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was quite good as well. I also liked the blackout curtains, as they prevented any light from disturbing my sleep. The view from the window to the city scenery was excellent

This hotel was a perfect spot for exploring the city! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals. The location was unbeatable - just steps from the train station and with a direct bus connection to the airport. This made it incredibly convenient to get around, whether sightseeing or catching a flight.

I found rough the completely empty fridge in the room, associated with the absence of automatic vending machines at the hotel hall (what should I have done to drink or snack something?). Furthermore, additional beds are a bit uncomfortable for normal sized people.

Very good hotel located in the area of the new financial hub of the city. It is equipped with a bar, a restaurant and some agencies. It is well served by several tram and bus lines. Rooms are technologically updated and toilets are comfortable.
