You should be aware this is an apartment, not a hotel, with all that implies: no towels or toiletry provided, the cleanliness is not ideal in some places. The place where this apartment is located is very centric, Hilton hotel is 50m from it, so all the food options nearby are rather pricey. This should be taken in mind by budget travellers.

overall this is a neat accommodation option in the center of Warsaw. Nothing overmuch, only the basic things: bed, bathroom, chair and table. Wifi is decent, the kitchen is available for the guests.

Not clean enough

I really liked my room, there were everything what I needed. Good bathroom, kitchen with all ware. Especially I liked that big window with nice view , the room was really light. Almost in city center, so easy to go anywhere.

Though the room itself is very good, but WC, bathroom and kitchen could be cleaner. Also, maybe that's because of other guests but the main door was not locked several times.

Everything was quite decent. Room was clean, good wifi, good neighboorhood, good host communication.

I slept maybe 2 hours (wedenesday not weekend) ! Maybe beause walls are made of paper and other people like to cook at 4 a.m. I get it - ramadan, but I wish to have the some sleep. Staff was friendly- but consider to NOT RENT room during ramadan if you want to have ramadan party etc. Ps. Other people rent rooms permamently so you will have the same problem as I. Pps. I had gum on the wall xd

I am disappointed with the low standard of the accommodation offered in The Residency apartment. Especially dirty is the kitchen. Dirty sticky table, dirty sink covered with dirt and stains, dirty interior of the fridge. Additionally, cabinets, countertops, gas taps, everything is sticky with grease. It's very dirty. Also the room I got, smells of cigarettes, and there is a dirty carpet on the floor. I am using your apartment once again and I am disappointed with the very low standard. I am surprised that the host / receptionist also lives in this apartment and do not keep it properly clean. Interestingly enough, in the kitchen, under the sink, I saw a whole range of cleaning staff and cleaning chemicals. Why is it so dirty? I cannot imagine using such a dirty and sticky kitchen in Warsaw. This apartment the Residency should be visited by the state sanitary commission SANEPID from the Sanitary and Epidemiological Organization and they would definitely close this apartment to guests. It can't be that dirty. I hope that the standard and cleanliness of this apartment will improve in the close future. I am attaching photos of the dirt in the kitchen and in the dathroom.

Sinks, tub, toilet bowl could be cleaner

The room was warm and there were extra blankets, kitchen utensils, condiments, tea, coffee and sugar were available so one can prepare their meals. Adnan was an amazing host. Hot water was available as well as toiletries. Generally it was a great stay.

I expected less and was so amazed. I took a bus from Prague so only arrived at 22h00 then Uber. Adnan was amazing. Making sure I was settled. Apartment photos don't do it justice. Pretty, clean and right in the financial district. So quiet. Budget best 5 star.

In common places not so clean. In toilet never cleaned conditioning system 😄, tub also looking dirty)))) certains were destroy by cigarettes, one door don't close. Light from window and if u decide change clothes everyone will see u because opposite so many houses and common balcony.

It was nice room with kitchen and warm room, nice present with snakes.

There's a confusion to get the exact entrance of the building, I went into other building.

The owner responded even at 11pm and send someone to guide me to the apartment room. Thanks to the owner.
