I traveled a lot, and for the last few years we have been booking apartments in order to have the opportunity to cook. The apartment is really very stylish and convenient. A few weeks later we wanted to book it again, but it was already occupied, and the variant that we had was much worse. It had all I needed to stay and live, we also liked the balcony to have a quiet evening. The area is very close to the city center. I would recommend it for all next travelers.

Overall the property was clean although there was a notice stagnant water smell from the bathroom and there was human hairs in the drawers in the bedroom and in the bathroom. However the property was clean and would recommend.

We've stayed there for the second time. The apartments of the RGB company are stylish, comfortable and have all the modern conveniences for a good living. Every time we stayed there, flats were clean. The owners sent clear instructions for the check-in. The basement garage is especially useful.

The best apartments. Two air conditioners, large TV, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher. Own underground parking. Near the old city.

Everything was good. The location was fine for us, but it's a bit far away from the railway station and the city center.

Nice studio. The communication with the host was easy, there were no keys, so the entrance was also easy. The apartment was clean, wi-fi was working well. There was free tea and coffee to use, as well as some sweets, which was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable.

Access is a challenge, the guidance is very long winded and when you arrive in the dark you can’t actually see the sign for 15a on the wall because it’s in a not well lit area. Look between the Lotto shop by 15 sign into the car park and you’ll see it! Suggest you also copy the entry info to your notes if you don’t have data or a local sim you won’t be able to retrieve the information. A little more attention to cleaning little things like baskets or potpourri pots would be good as they collect dust easily.

Travelled with my 16 yr old son perfect size for 2 of us. He slept on the sofa bed. They were thoughtful enough to leave us some chocolates, there were spices, tea, coffee, even a little packet of pasta or oil for those that might have needed it. A lot of little things you need for the stay are provided. Very secure and quiet building. We stayed in Studio Green. Supermarket Stokrotka within less than 8 mins walk at the end of the street, garage even closer like 2 mins with a small SPAR. Saxon Park is right on the door step and a scenic walk up onto the road that takes you straight onto Plac Litewski where you find the monument and the “I ❤️ Lublin” sign. Bus and taxi service efficient and very cheap.

The apartments are great, they have everything you need. Everything is clear. There is underground parking. The owner is kind. Prosperity to you.

Overall, I'd leave a solid 10 out of 10. Apartments itself were pretty clean, modern and looked pretty futuristic. Moreover, the location is adorable and provides you a lot of activities. There were also some detailed maps with exquisite places to visit, points of interest and so on, and in general, a lot of information about Lublin. Superb apartments which I will definitely recommend staying at!

The lift from the parking doesn´t work.

Quiet and safe place. Easy chack-in process. In flat is all-you-need. 20 minutes walk to city centre. If I am in Lublin, I will stay there.

The flat is arranged with a lot of care and is beautifully decorated. It is well equipped. It is also very clean. The hostess is very responsive and pleasant. Overall extremely comfortable and I would love to come back !

it’s relatively small, but such a cozy apartment. you easily can feel very much at home ❤️ all the needed facilities/tools for comfort staying are there easy and clear explanation of how to come to the building and all the next steps you should take.
